I am not sure Joe sch**n enjoyed watching Saquon, sign Daniel Jones to a big contract and let Saquon go to your division rival. But yes, I enjoy seeing his highlight reels, and I love Andy Reid as a coach, and I don't have anything against Mahomes and the Chiefs.  I am a casual Bills fan and a die-hard Commanders fan, so I doubt this game will push any buttons for me.

As a Cowboys fan, in my younger years it was easy to hate on NYG, Redskins and Eagles.

But now, too old to hate although I am one of those who laugh at old guys wearing football jerseys if it is not game day.

 

And while I am not exactly cheering on Redskins or Philly, I am more hating Jerry Jones.  There is nothing worse than a $multi-billion team fielding a crap product with inept coaching.  I wish the Cowboys had someone more like Steinbrenner as an owner - no prisoners.  If you hired/signed the wrong guy, you get rid of them pretty fast.  And shave those mustaches!

 

I remember the real lean years of Cowboys in late 80s when old ownership and Tom Landry lost their touch.  The 88 and 89 season were brutal with 3 wins and 1 win.  But new owner, spent the money, hired Jimmy Johnson, fleeced the Vikings giving up Herschel Walker for 50 draft picks, Dave Wanstedt as DC, and things turned around fast, like Dan Campbell fast...future looked great, Super Bowl wins, and then.....

And while Romo was decent, the post Aikman years for QB have been mostly mediocre at best.  And the coaching since Jimmy...hamstrung.  The owner/GM/god of the team has really run it into the ground on the field.  But dummy fans keep on spending.

 

Jerry has to be senile at this point, totally delusional and fooling himself.  Who cares if Dak, CeeDee, Parsons and Lawrence are healthy?!  That's not enough.  

 

So in the end, go KC...why not witness history with the "Chief-peat".

My gut tells me the same. I am going to take Philadelphia and here are a few reasons why I am on the Eagles.

 

The Lions magic came to a screeching halt. The Commanders magic came to a screeching halt. The Bills magic came to a screeching halt. I say it's the Chiefs turn to find their bag of magic tricks empty, and that's my black magic/voodoo angle.

 

On the serious side I think Saquon is the difference maker. I also think the Eagles defense matches well with the highly physical and athletic KC offense. The Eagles front 7 will be ready. Then there is the power and strength of Philly's O Line. My only concern is QB Hurts's play. He played quite well yesterday but can he remain calm and not cough up any INT's or fumbles for another Playoff game with this one taking place on the biggest stage ? I'm taking a shot and saying yes.  

 

 

 

... Good stuff Commissioner! My very simple assessment is which DC does a better job. They can't stop him of course but can Spagnuola stack the box and keep Saquon in check while making sure Hurts doesn't beat them with his arm? Can't stop Mahomes either but can Fangio can keep him in check making him stay in the pocket and not get those critical 1st downs with his running ability? Does he stop the Mahomes/Kelce connection but let the other WR's beat them because Patrick will most definitely find them.

... Or do they both fail and we have a barn burner?

I just found that deep seated hatred I had from way back during the body bag game

AJ Brown is an incredible talent, Dallas Goedert when he’s healthy is one of the best tight ends in the league, and Barkley is just phenomenal 

Their defense top to bottom might be the best in the league this year. 
The Commanders played a bad game their will be more to come

... 👍 I imagine Ben Johnson would sell his soul to have Fangio back in Chicago. And while offenses have floundered through the year the Bears had Buddy Ryan, Lovie Smith, Rod Marinelli and Vic Fangio running some of the best defenses in the league. In today's NFL game offenses win Championships but they still can't accomplish that without a very good defense. The Eagles have both.
