In my younger years, hated the Eagles.  After last year's collapse and everyone down on Eagles, I didn't get in that bandwagon.

 

Philly was my week 1 power play pick and I knew you cannot discount a team that picks up Saquon and before was still so loaded with talent.  Have to give respect where respect is due.

 

It's amazing to me how much this team was under the radar while piling up wins because the haters had a very loud voice.  Even I bought into it as I thought maybe Jalen Hurts was not the guy.  Really foolish to overlook the data - Eagles are winners.  Hurts is a winner.

 

I still hate Philly fans and to a lesser extent the Eagles, but mad props to them.  They were / are the most complete team in the NFL.  And while everyone else gushes over Mahomes, MVP Allen, and Lamar (and even Jayden Daniels), fact is Hurts just won a Super Bowl and he's only 26!

 

Congrats Philly, you deserve it.  Now F off!

I also think the Eagles defense matches well with the highly physical and athletic KC offense. The Eagles front 7 will be ready. Then there is the power and strength of Philly's O Line.

I am with you on giving that D Line a MVP award.  I felt pretty confident in their ability to rough up the KC offense.
