One of the worst videos I had ever seen, long before we knew what it was, was the Jim Otto bio on NFL Films with Steve Sabol (I think).  Physically and mentally just broken down.  Mike Webster suffered the same fate.  Antonio Brown is living it now.  Somehow Troy Aikman could overcome, but it wasn't without a lot of help and societal understanding.
