Looking at irons from Dallas Golf. Good place?

Seems like I see mostly positive reviews, but the reviews are limited. Looking at a used iron set from Dallas Golf. Any feedback? I have the highest trust in this forum, so I figured I'd check in first. Thank you!!

If I’m not mistaken, DG also acts as the agent for Callaway Golf Preowned and I’ve done lots of business over the years with them too with mostly high satisfaction.

 

They are definitely legit.

I just moments ago purchased a set from them and I hope it wasn't the same ones you were looking at!

As others have stated they are legit. I've bought from the via their on-line store and Ebay. Have also sent them clubs for cash in the past. No issues. BTW here is their Ebay snapshot. Buy with confidence.

Does Dallas Golf still ship/drop ship product for Ebay seller sticks-n-stones-golf-company? They did previously. IIRC sticks-n-stones was/is a liquidation partner of some sort for Dallas Golf. Anybody know for certain?

I’ve gotten shafts from them and they are legit.  Saying that, however, there was an issue with them about 4-5 years ago selling Nike iron sets.  As you know, Nike stopped selling equipment in 2016.  Dallas Golf got some sets of Nike irons and were selling them, some used, some brand new. They were advertised as regular or stiff iron shafts( usually in steel) but what they didn’t tell you was that most of these iron shafts were tipped, some several inches making a regular steel shaft like an X100. There were several threads in here about that and Dallas did admit to doing this albeit begrudgingly.  Kinda shady and deceitful, but it seems like it got swept under the rug and time went on, Wrx went on and everything seemingly went back to normal.  I do trust Dallas golf for shafts but I would get a weird feeling about ordering irons from them based on prior experiences.  I’m hoping that it it would be fine now, because it’s been 4-5 years since that debacle.

They are definitely legit.

They absolutely are in no way involved with Callaway Preowned. CPO is its own subsidiary of Callaway Golf in-house.
