2025 PING Bag Lineup?

Does anyone have any info on the new Hoofers? I have been on the hunt for a new bag and just realized the release calendar is due for an update come early next year. Thanks!

Was told at a store today that new ping bags coming out on Nov 1. The sales guy at the store says the Hoofer is not changing design wise but there will be new colors. He didn't have any other details.

The Hoofer line had been on a consistent 2 year cycle since at least the late 2000s, but the 2020 line was extended a year before being replaced by the current line in spring of 2023 (likely impacted by supply chain issues). Very well could end up with just color way updates for 2025.

The current Hoofer is perfect. They shouldn't change anything on it anyway, well if they could get rid of the squeaking from the strap clips then it would be perfect lol

This is great to know. I've been stalling on buying a Hoofer Lite because I don't love any of the current color options. Fingers crossed for some new ones next month.

The PGA Superstore I was just at had all the Ping 2025 bags out. Looks like the Pioneer & DLX have been updated and the rest just received new colorways.

Looks like the MoonLander is a CEL replacement based on the current URL on Ping's website for the CEL:

That bag wasn't out at the store I was at. New colors for the Hoofers, Hoofer Lite, Traverse (a fun waterproof material option I haven't seen before), and the revised Pioneer Bag and DLX bags. I didn't see any other pings.

Adding to @davegregoire statement. Saw these new colors at GG. Other than the cart bag updates, Hoofer & HL looked to be the same features.

Hoofer Lite colors look awesome.  Liking the gray/navy and green.  When do they "officially" come out?

Not sure on the “official” date, but my GG had them all mixed in with the rest of the bags for sale just like any normal day. They seemed to have all the colors, but these 4 were “new” that I’ve seen at least. Also had the Normal white, black, heather gray color ways they have had for a few years now.

The gray and navy HL in the pics above.  Is it a charcoal gray or the heathered gray?

@texcellence86 That white Traverse was the material I was talking about. It feels almost like a Tarp.

It's more of a heathered gray, the charcoal one was darker like the previous version(s)

 

Oh and I failed to mention earlier, $245 price point.

I'm glad I grabbed a blackout hoofer lite in this model, still best looking one they have released for this design. Has the larger ping logo as well. I'm waiting for cool camo ones to be maybe be released someday to the public, some of the college camo hoofers released in the past have been the coolest ones I've seen. Like Arizona, Oklahoma state etc.

There might be the gray camo color for the HL like @davegregoire posted above in the new Pioneer Cart, I just didn't see it yesterday.

Was hoping for a solid grey option as opposed to heather grey. Hoping the rest of the colors aren't a miss otherwise its another year using my old Hoofer. I don't trust any other bags design/functionality but so far its looking like they still haven't fired the people responsible for all these terrible colors since about 2020.

meh, grey camo just ok. They have released camo ones like the white camo, just aren't as good vs. the college ones I've seen. If you custom order at least 3 bags you can get a couple different camo options like blue camo, red camo or black camo I believe? They still aren't as cool as the OSU, Arizona, Texas camo bags I've seen in years past.

My clubs tangle, yes, but at this point when it happens its an involuntary motion to just stand the bag up to easily pull or put back whatever club I need. I spend more time thinking about how durable every Ping bag I've ever owned is and how easily it adapts to every playing situation (walking, on a push cart, on a riding cart). I peruse the premium bag threads and I'll take the club tangle 'issue' over any other issue those premium designer/influencer bags seem to have.

Now that is what I call good info! Man I wish that standard grey hoofer wasn't in heather grey. Also love the green, but not a navy guy myself. Good to see a Hoofer tour as well.

So confirmed no more CEL with the Moonlander replacing it. Interesting improvements on the Moonlite too. I wasn't a big fan of the pocket layout, single/double strap, 4 way top on my old one. Looks more along the lines of a modern day Quiver bag.
