Original order was direct from the website on Jan 16th, zero customization, just a heel grind on the 60, shaft ordered was KBS Tour 130 X, shafts that were actually in there was KBS Tour V 120 X.  I haven't checked lengths or anything like that since they came in wrong from the get-go

I was told new order won’t ship until, the return label Is scanned, so I rushed my incorrect order back, and they received it the next day, then I was told the order was in process over the phone.  The next day I was informed by email that the components were on back order until March

I ordered mine during the presale and received mine Jan 28th without the custom grinds. I shipped mine back Feb 5th and was told by golf galaxy my replacements should be shipping on the 17th

Oh boy,  don't like the sound of that.  Appreciate the heads up though maybe I'll just keep my club and go with a riddler theme... where is the next shot going... ?? ?? ?? 🤣🤣

found them a bit clicky as well but that was off matts.  They look incredible though cant wait to test outside.

 

I was able to hit some pretty nice flops with the 60 mid without much effort.

Update: My RTZ wedges came in today. All good here in terms of specs/shafts/grips. Unfortunately, my ZXi7 irons came with the wrong grips.. Ordered MCC Midsize (loose in box) and they came with stand GP TV (thankfully, loose in box). Already a call made to send out the correct ones.

Took a shot in the dark on the Adapt full face for the 60*. I thought I heard in a review video or somewhere that it was the same size/shaping as the normal wedges but that is NOT true. Definitely has a higher toe and more rounded leading edge. Don't love it at first glance but will give it a try. The 50 and 56 look great.

Ah, I missed this. I think I saw a YouTube review claiming it was the same size/shape. Probably should have checked more into it.

Can anyone that has hit these compare them to the RTX 6 wedges?  Besides some great looks, is there a noticeable difference in performance or feel?

I had a custom order through DD, ordered on 2/12, shipped 2/14, had them at my house 2/17. 

 

Everything is spot on L/L/L -- I didn't have any custom stamping, just shaft / grip compared to stock.

I also fell victim of the custom order being wrong. Ordered direct from Cleveland.

The Correct:

Club head 54* 12 in Tour Rack

paint fill colors.

Mid size grip.

The +.5 Extended length (does seem a bit longer than .5 increase though).

 

The Wrong:

Shaft (I ordered Nip 125 wedge got Nip 105 wedge).

No custom crafted S grind.

No custom crafted rounded leading edge.

Ordered RTZ 50, 54 & 58 mid10 satin 1/26 w custom paint fill, grips and shafts…received 2/14 and order was correct. Been to cold lately but hopefully can hit em this weekend,

Mine arrived a week ago. Custom shafts, lie, grip, ferrules, and TS. Everything was good. 

 

I've played once with them in between the cold weather. They feel slightly softer than RTX6. I'm really like the 58 Adapt. The shape is a tad bigger in the toe but man it's good around the green.

At least they are making it right for their customer, but what a disaster for Cleveland.  I'm one of those people who just expect people to follow through on what they say.  If I was told by 3/1 or 3/15 I would not care at all, TBH I wouldn't even be thinking about it.  Id just as soon cancel the order and order Vokeys and not have the paint fill/stamping for just a bit more but no unnecessary stress.  Lets see, if when they do come in, how they come in.

Ordered on 1/27 with paint fill and ordered long so I can trim myself to length.  Was able to switch the shafts to onyx s400 two days ago as they were still not built.

My FedEx label was finally created by Cleveland today. I ordered through Golf Galaxy on 1/23. I was told they were shipped and would be delivered by 2/10. That came and went so I followed up and was told they were being shipped on 2/17. That didn't happened so I followed up again and the label was finally created today.

 

Fingers crossed everything is correct.

I ordered custom wedges on 1-13 through a Srixon rep and due to having updated my credit card after that date, I was told they had to do a new order “because they somehow couldn’t just update my credit card number” on 1-28.  Was told yesterday from rep that the 54 tour rack is out of stock until second week in March 🤦🏻‍♂️☹️😔

Took the plunge and ordered 3 Tour Rack wedges. 50 Mid with Nippon 125X, 54 Full with S-grind and Nippon 125 Wedge, 58 Mid Toe and Heel with Nippon 125 Wedge. All 36”, grip uninstalled, no other customization.  
 

We’ll see what happens and how long.

man, I don't remember the last time there were such mistakes happening left and right. understand specs being off sometimes like length or a lie angle but i dont understand how you can consistently pick a totally different shaft or stamp something random when you have the order sheet in front of you. must have a new production team or something don't remember Srixon Cleveland making these kinds of mistakes recently

So, according to my rep I ordered with…Srixon/Cleveland had to “hire a bunch of extra people due to the large amount of people that took advantage of the free customizations on wedges in Jan”.

Yeah, that’s what I said when he told me 😝.  Really frustrating, the only thing that’s saved it for me is no golf in sight due to weather 😔

Mine are supposed to be delivered Monday. It's gonna feel like Christmas morning as a kid, not really sure what I'm gonna get.
