Has anyone gotten the tour rack leading edge grind?  

 

I’ve notice the even the mid bounce version leading edge sits a little bit off the ground in store.

  
was hoping to get something with some bounce that still gets the leading edge a little lower like with Callaway did with their jaws line or Vokey does with something like the k*

I put my staff order in on Dec 19th and I still haven’t gotten my wedges yet(also waiting on my fairway woods) 😞

I ordered mine almost two weeks ago, customer service said they would ship by 02/07, crickets.

Sorry, I meant more about the custom work being correct.  Mine are on a FedEx truck headed my way.

Finally got a part of my order on the RTZs. Still missing a 58 Adapt, and they installed the wrong shaft on my 50! and now the shafts are backordered, and they can't give me a date of completion. Terrible customer service over at Cleveland.

i was told that the heads are backordered until mid March, which would really mean April

You are not crazy - this is true.  One of Bryson's recent Youtube videos even brings this up and his new irons have weight added on the toe for CG centering purposes.

I ordered mine on 1/31 and just called to check in on the progress.  Rep said they were built and being packed.  Said would expect shipment Monday/Tuesday of next week.

 

He also said that they were overwhelmed with the demand for the wedges.  They got way more orders than they were expecting.  I am betting the free customization promo they ran helped push people to get the order in through them and not the local shops.

Just so you know,  I ordered both irons and wedges 1/24 and have called 3/4 times now over a couple weeks.  Same "they're being built, should ship next couple days, we're really busy" each time I call.  Still no tracking. 

 

They clearly are slammed with extra orders, and taking a while is fine, my point simply being that is the "we don't have an ETA" response and not exactly what it implies it seems.

I received tracking yesterday, but just a label creation. So we shall see.

I got mine today directly from the website,  took advantage of the free personalization cuz why not. Took about 3 weeks to get here, and when it did, it unfortunately had the wrong print on it, I ordered paw prints 🐾  and it showed up with not that 😂. I did reach out to customer service to see if they can do anything about but it is the weekend so we will see!

Otherwise, specs seem correct and it's a beautiful club. Was looking forward to hitting it but I'm going to keep the plastic on it till I hear back.

Wow, really nervous to get my wedges tomorrow after seeing all of these posts. Didn't do any stamping, paint fill, or personalization.. But ordered them w/ TI S400 shafts and all 36", grips loose in box. I guess we'll see what shows up.

thanks for the info,  I would imagine builders that do some work for tour staff have access to the heads so I will start there.

Sadly, I'm in the same boat as everyone else.. Waited a while for mine, wrong shaft in all 3.. Customer service said they've placed a new order with my correct specs, but I haven't seen shipping or confirmation for the new order, and it's been over a week. They sent a return auth for the old ones, but I'll be holding those until the new ones arrive. I'm a huge Srixon/Cleveland fan, but this release has been an absolute sh*t show and customer service is horrible when trying to rectify these issues

 

Original order was direct from the website on Jan 16th, zero customization, just rounded lead edges and a heel grind on the 60, shaft ordered was KBS Tour 130 X, shafts that were actually in there was KBS Tour V 120 X.  I haven't checked lengths or anything like that since they came in wrong from the get-go

This is some special qc going on. So much simpler and cheaper to implement checks before placing non-removable stamps all over heads with non-standard grinds and dropping different shafts in.

 

Don't know how this keeps being a thing with these OEMs at this scale. Might as well be throwing actual cash in a fire.
