Watched a few reviews and was intrigued. I like the idea of high spin and low launch, which the Opus seems to have.
Always leaned toward Cleveland wedges, but the delays and order mix ups pushed me to try the Opus.

I hit the opus and rtz they both felt great and looked great I ended up getting a 60 in opus for the  grind options but went with th rtz in 52 and 56 because I usually play first tee time and it’s wet.  Been seeing reviews that say the opus aren’t great at retaining spin where as the rtz supposively does a much better job in wet conditions.  If it wasn’t for they I’d probaly had gone all opus wedges but feel you really couldn’t go wrong either way

This is important and telling where things are going wrong if your submitted piece here is different than what ends up getting printed out in the build process. I would try and submit that to someone as it is a good debugging detail.

As a guy who’s business is very custom option oriented, this has got be a system, order entry, or configuration error. My product has a minimum of 12 fields that need to be correct so that the correct product is delivered. Frankly, we still have errors but they are very rare because the system that is set up prevents errors, but also CONFIRMS these options with the customer before they are made. Hate to see this for Cleveland because they really do make great products, but the amount of errors for this program is unacceptable.

To their credit, they have issued me more store credit than the cost of the 2 grips as it relates to the grip issue.  They also gave a credit for the delays.

Minus all the issues with ordering, I played my first round with the wedges and their fantastic. Granted I was coming from playing old SM2 vokeys with low bounce and The higher bounce fits me so much more. 

 

Wedges spin a ton on full swings and chips. I think the key is how the sole cambers + the rounded leading edge allows me to dig into the ground like I want while still getting through the turf. Sand is a breeze as well. Can’t wait for my 52 to come in to complete the set.

If you don’t mind, how were you able to get the MMT 105 X shafts?  I called Dunlop asking about these shafts for a set of Srixon Zi7 irons and Cleveland Wedges and was told that they wouldn’t do them and that I would need to go through a club fitter/builder.  I play clubs longer than standard and the MMTs have been great.

I ordered them through Golf Galaxy. They are actually S flex though, that's my mistake.

Count me as another lost soul who didn't get the right club.  I ordered through DD, and everything in all their order confirmations was correct.  I ordered a black X100 shaft with the Black Satin 54 FULL, plus a length and lie angle change.

 

They sent me the 54 MID.  Everything else looks right, but the length and lie would be hard to know for sure.  The included build sheet shows 54 MID, but I'm not sure how they turned FULL into MID.  This is the fourth time I've ordered something custom from Srixon Cleveland, and this is the second time they goofed up and weren't even close.

This will be my last post on this as I don't want to hijack with a personal story, but it's been a week since I sent back my 2nd incorrect order and I still have no refund $$, so now I have 2 incorrect orders that I've had to send back, and I am still out the $$.. Srixon/Cleveland said the refund is still "processing" 

 

Only reason I wanted to post this is I'd encourage you to order through a store if you're going to order these wedges.. Going direct, you have to deal with this stuff yourself, if it was a store, I'd have just given the wedges back and they'd have processed the refund on the spot, let the store deal with getting the $$ from Cleveland.. And if it's wrong, maybe the store will give you a little something.. As it sits now, I've given Cleveland an interest free loan for a couple of months, and I have nothing to show for it.. Wedges do look awesome, and I bet they perform, hopefully they get this all sorted out quickly so future orders have a much higher accuracy rate

I got mine today got a 52 and 56 mid left handed mcc +4 grips kbs 610 shafts -1/2” and 1* flat d4 swingweight

 

cant check lie but everything else was good on the 56 and everything was good on the 52 except it came in at d2 swingweight but won’t complain about that.

 

 

took 12 days from when I ordered so good turnaround time for me

I ordered a 56* adapt w/KBS Tour shaft  Tour Rack last Tuesday at my club and It was ready for me today when I arrived. So far my 60* adapt I picked up a couple weeks ago has performed pretty well. Didn't expect Cleveland wedges to get play in my bag this year, but it looks like they'll make the rotation based on early feedback.

To get mine correct, I had to buy off the rack and build myself!!, luckily I had the shafts and grips already. They really are good wedges though!!

This thread went off the rails. Sucks so many are having issues. I ordered mine direct from Dunlop back around mid January and they came in 10ish days later just perfect – custom grinds, paint, ferrules, grips in box, 1 flat and +0.25".

It’s the old 14-2 adage. Do something right and the average person will tell 2 people. Do something wrong and the average person will tell 14 people. However, that being said Cleveland dropped the ball when it comes to order entry and QC. It’s a shame because they are great products.

Played my first round today with RTZ Tour Rack 52, 56, 60 (all mid bounce).  Incredibly impressed with these wedges.  They are definitely on to something with the new material.  Felt noticeably softer to me.  Personally I like the raw wedge that will not rust - but opinions will vary there.

50 Mid +1/4” Nippon Modus 125 X, 54 Full S grind +1/2” Nippon Modus Wedge 125, and a 58 Mid Heel & Toe grind +3/4” Nippon Modus Wedge 125.

Well, received my order. Or part of it. I was sent the 58 and everything was correct. The 50 and 54 were not in the order. Chatted with a rep who said the eta on those heads is 6/11!  That is absolutely absurd to me. That was nowhere dated when ordered in February. When ordering, I was given an estimate of mid-March. Now mid-June?  This seems to have been a bit of a disastrous rollout. Encouraged the demand is there, but goodness…

The Correct:

Club head 54* 12 in Tour Rack

paint fill colors.

Mid size grip.

The +.5 Extended length (does seem a bit longer than .5 increase though).

 

The Wrong:

Shaft (I ordered Nip 125 wedge got Nip 105 wedge).

No custom crafted S grind.

No custom crafted rounded leading edge.

 

 

 

 

Well my order has continued to be a s*** show.

I sent the wedge back so they could make the corrections. When I received it back this week the shaft was corrected, but the rounded leading edge and the S grind still wasn't done. I reach out again to say it isn't correct. They tell me the "repair" shop can't do the grinds, so they put the right shaft in and sent it back.

He tells me 54* full is back ordered until July. I don't understand how a wedge head in plastic can't have the grinds done and I would have to wait until July (or June like it was said above) for an order placed at the end of Jan.

It seems crazy to me.

Not that there was much debate - but I can confirm the Tour Rack will not rust. I’ve played in all kinds of wet weather recently. Not a spec of rust on these wedges.
