According to MGS, they just came out. I did see one WRX post in 2024 mentioning this ball.

If they had yelllow I would try them but I already have too many

3-piece TPU 338 dimple pattern (SM Parker is the only non-OEM factory using a pattern with that number) so likely similar to the Kirkland Performance+. Historically, balls from this factory have been on the spinner side for the spectrum.
 

The other stamp on the USGA conforming list (Pro Series) appears to be a 3-piece with a 314 dimple pattern (only other balls I am aware of with that pattern are from Cut). My guess is that they sourced off the shelf offerings from two different white label factories.

and the cover has what looks like a small dimple mixed in, should be a dead give away🤔

New versions of Pro-V1's and 2 dimensional pictures of other golf balls here in the past have been claimed to have hex like dimples. They aren't.

I think it's the raised area outside the dimple makes it appear to be hex because those lines are straight and angle in a way that make it appear that way.  If looking at the dimple and not the raised area I think they are round/ish🤔...🙃

The new KSig Red Stripe?

Got a couple of boxes on the way. One reviewer said it felt like the new TP5x (a ball I really like btw). Will compare to the Ksig red stripe when they arrive. Gut says they will be very similar.

Balls came in today, working all weekend so I can't test them until Monday. First thoughts, the cover feels noticeably softer than the red strip. My wife thought the same thing. Feels like a TP5 looks like a Chrome Soft. Can't wait to try them out!!

My store had them in stock. 2 dozen in a box for 27.98, so I picked up a box. At the worst, they’ll be decent practice balls. Too cold here for golf right now, though.

Members mark golf ball review:

I tested them out today playing 18. Here’s my take on them since no one online anywhere has posted a detailed review as of 3/8/25. 

1. Feel:
They’re firm. Very firm. Clicky to a fault for most players I’d imagine. Played in 65* weather today and overcast so it wasn’t cold enough for everything to feel hard. These were much firmer than ProV1 & ProV1X. Felt akin to ProV1X left dash. Online says 90 compression but to me that’s WAY off! PV1x is 96 compression, PV1x left dash is 102 compression according to my golf spy. The MM ball is at least 100 in my estimation based purely on feel. For reference I hit them indoor off a mat and the MM and left dash felt nearly identical in firmness. 
2. Performance:
These things go. Great off the tee and irons. Probably got 5-10 more yards out of them on both driver and irons. Low spin in the driver and lower spin on irons. Where the spin became problematic was green side. The firmness of the ball contributes to the lack of grab to your wedge leading to bump and runs even when trying to get them to check. However, I was able to get a solid amount of stopping power with these out of the green side bunker. May have been poor strikes green side that contributed to the lack of check or the conditions I was playing. Now, in fairness to the MM I was playing on closely mowed 11.0 greens today. I play a soft putter (DF3 Accra) and these felt great paired with it - felt I was able to control pace better than with a PV1 or Chrome Tour (my typical gamer ball). Felt more like a milled putter paired with ProV1 which I what I used to putt. The launch was medium to high on these. I like the windows of all my clubs these launched. Easy to flight and they didn’t balloon on me. I could hoist them when needed and also flight them as needed. 
3. Durability 
Great durability. I think the urethane cover is firmer/harder than other premium tour balls. As such I think the durability is greater. I won’t buy chrome tour balls again because after 1 or 2 holes those balls will be scuffed just from clean iron/wedge shots. If you’re hitting out of the sand with CT go ahead and grab a new ball to putt afterward - that’s my experience with the chrome tour balls. These are as durable, if not more so, as ProV1s. 
4. Value
At a little over a dollar a ball these are the best value ball I’ve found. They perform better for me than similarly priced balls (ksig). I want a low spin driver ball (check), manageable spin iron ball (check), high spin green side wedge ball (nope), and preferred feel on putter with a good roll (check). You can’t have everything out of every ball and these check 75% of the boxes for me, and if I just get better at GIR I won’t have to worry about green side spin. 

Overall impression:
Great value (pun intended) ball that performs well for the 10-20 handicap golfer in mind. Keep in mind that it’s firm and may not check as much as other balls will on green side shots. For $27 per 2 dozen it’s worth the experiment to see if they earn a spot in your bag.

Interesting about the feel. My family and I all thought it felt softer than the red stripe, like much softer. Very much agree about the durability. We put about 500 hits on one MM ball in our sim, a lot of drivers but a ton of scoring irons and wedges, and the ball looked like it had never been hit afterwards. I felt the short pitches and chips had just as good a spin number as the red stripe. Had several 3/4 60° wedges hit 11500 rpms. I felt iron spin was a touch less than the red stripe though, which is good for me since I am a high ball hitter with a 50-53° decent angle. But agree, it is a very good ball and I'm looking forward to getting it outside. Great review BTW 👍

Have you played the Ksig RS outside yet?  What did you think of them?

I have not gotten them outside yet, been way too cold and rainy/snowy since they released, so I've only been able to compare and contrast in my sim. I will say this, I used the silver stripe all last year and loved that ball, had some of my longest drives ever with that ball, if the red stripe outside performance is equal or even better, I will be quite happy. I know from my launch monitor numbers that the red stripe driver spin is lower than the silver stripe, so I'm looking forward to seeing how that translates to the course.

Feel perception will vary player to player and often based on the type of shot. Some are very sensitive to the cover hardness, some the outer mantle hardness, some the core, and some based on particular construction attributes (also largely depends on your baseline). Given that the cover appears to be thinner than the Kirkland 3-piece balls to date, I would not be surprised to hear someone perceiving the ball as harder given that the mantle tends to be the hardest layer (thinner covers tend to accentuate the mantle). 
 

I personally tend to be more sensitive to the overall compression off of driver/fairways and the cover/mantle everywhere else (especially balls with thin covers and very firm mantles). My personal construction preference are 4-piece balls with two mantles and a CTU cover (balls with multiple mantles tend to go slightly softer with the outer mantle vs mid-high compression 3-piece balls).
