Yes. Center shaft is a no go for me. I do like the look of these over the LAB. The two-tone alignment of the top line is nice.

Zero Torque: looks like the latest marketing jargon and buzzword.A Push or pull putt is more of a club head path issue, then an open or closed face.  

Sometimes, the simplest things are sometimes the solution: A practice or training with a Bullseye putter will cure a lot of people putting issues.

I would like to know too.  Giving off "shut up and take my money" vibes.  Dont love the look of the labs and didnt love the pxg allan.  I liked my spider tour x DB with the exception of more toe hang than I would like

Pretty sure it’s the exact opposite. Clubface is the biggest factor on the startline of every golf shot, including putting.

This is quite misinformed. There's at least one actual scientific study done by one of golf's top biomechanics (and a professor) that shows far and away that face angle is the most important factor. The results from his presentation have been posted on GolfWRX before: 

Your advice would also not hold up with the irons and driver - Trackman showed a long time ago that start line was somethin like 80%+ caused by face angle at impact, hence the saying, "face sends it and path bends it". The latter half of that old adage is even less important here, since the amount of side spin on a golf ball relative to the friction caused by the ground is very small.

Where does the ball go if let's say the face is perfectly square at impact (0 degrees to the aim line) and the path is from inside-to-outside, or outside-to-inside?

Did you look at the slides I linked and interpret the data? It will go basically straight. Look at the actually data - you can be with 3.5 degrees either way on a 12 footer and still make the putt - average Joe normal variance is about half that. Conversely, if you're off by less than 1 degree with the face you miss it. Average Joes are around +- 1 degree there, which is why we miss so many putts.
