Why?  They can get heads with no hole drilled and they could drill them to custom lie angles at the factory.  Pretty easy IMO

Well sure...but TM isn't setup to do that today.  LAB can do that because thats how they designed their factory / build process.  Not so much with TM and putter lie angle adjustments.  Not saying its impossible, just prob cost prohibitive at the moment...

whats the grip like? does it have a press grip?

also a bit disappointed with the headcover, not the same bright blue as the proto ones

Rolled a CB model today and it's the best combination of feel and looks of anything else I've tried in the "Zero Torque" world. The 36" CB model we have coming is probably not going to hit the sales floor.

@Numb Can you tell if the grip is just offset or does it have the forward press built in?

36 CB comes with the long grip? I will be picking one of these up for sure. Even if it doesn't do anything for me, I've got a pa-in-law who struggles with the flatstick that it could potentially help.

Its good to hear that the CB model is 36" and not 38". I'm 6'5" and find the 38" too long.

1.5 degree shaft lean with a 1 degree press grip - chatted to my TM rep about it couple weeks ago when he brought them out to demo

True Zero Torque doesn't work as LAB has said for many months.  If TM has truly found a way around the LAB patents and this a legitimate version of ZT tech, then I would hazard that this might just be the first shot across LAB's bow and the start of the ZT wars.  Looking forward to trying this.

First time noticing the milled grooves along the top line. Wonder if they would be wide enough for paint fill? Could provide some easy alignment home customization.

Golftown up in Canada put them on their store shelves early seems like. Not sure if they were allowed to or not but couple stores had them out. No info on the Taylormade site or the Golftown website either. Just walked into the store and there they were!
