New 2025 Titleist T-Series Irons

The new T Series are coming this late summer / Fall.  I know I am getting way ahead of schedule but excited to see and hit the new irons.  I will be getting fitted for them in June and hope to see photos  before hand.

Yep!   I was told they are going to be releasing them earlier this go around as well and they better not mess it up.  I have a feeling they wont after the last launch.  I’ve literally put my T150/200 combo against every new iron that’s out right now.  Lots of good product out there but I told my fitter I’m holding off until the new Titleist is released to compare apples to apples.   We can debate this until we’re blue in the face but my irons are just timeless….   I think I might have to take a day off from work when these are released.

No it isn’t, this fall will be 2 years on the 150, same cycle as always. It sounds like T series is done also.

I just put T150s in the bag. So while I am super curious what these will look like. Maybe I will upgrade.

Wow, you are correct.  Talk about time flying by - they were released Aug 2023.

I understand why the T150 had such wide appeal but I am a fan of the older T100S with a slightly smaller head, thinner topline and minimal offset in a players distance package.  I got close to pulling the trigger on T150's as they do look nice but in the end I hit my T100S more consistently better with lower spin.

 

Anxious to see what they have to offer this summer as it's time for me to upgrade.

Rest in peace T series, the 2023 T100 is the best iron in the game. Titleist will have to blow me out of the water to get me to switch

I’m betting they will look very similar to the 2021 and 2023 series.   The aesthetics of those is hard to beat.

 

performance wise I preferred the size,  shape , and feel of the 2019 version but I don’t think they will go back in that direction.

T150 has been great for me but I'm excited to see what Titleist has in store. Whatever is next will have to be really good for me to go away from my T150's.

I’m not sure they can and keep all that tungsten out on the heel and toe.  Maybe if they add some goo/tpu insert in there like the king tour but I think that would be frowned upon by the brand loyalists.  The loyalist think they feel fine to great, and that’s the meat and potatoes of Titliest sales

The AP2's had tungsten didnt they (now not sure) but they felt great. If they can get the T100 to feel like the old AP2''s they would be in business, but they do have the MB and CB's so must not be too concerned. The King Cobra Tours do not have goop in them they have a plastic insert and an under cut channel. I actually have mine debagged w/ no insert and I think they feel even better without it.

I said goo/tpu.  The tours have tpu as you pointed out.

 

i agree the agree the ap2 and the 2019 felt better and got through the turf better for my swing.  But they looked like a tech cavity.  The 2021 and 2023 in particular have more bag appeal, and bag appeal appears to beat feel in sales 🙂

Matter of opinion, as somebody who likes firmer feeling, the T150's feel outstanding to me.

Same, had been playing T100s, but actually bought T150, didn’t get on with them as well, sold, back to T100s, then hunted down a new set of T100s with black shafts, they sit and wait their turn.

 

No one else makes a head that looks that good, stronger lofts, and still a bit of help, unicorn for me.

Just put the T100 in the bag. These won’t be leaving for a while. Great looks and nice feel, not sure how they can be improved. But they are in the business of selling clubs so need to release every 2 years for clubs with hardly any difference

Coming from my Callaway's beforehand, I second this remark.

 

Granted, thin it on a cold day and your hands hurt for the rest of the round, but that's any iron in this category...

100%.  There are some amazing feeling irons out there in the player's cavity category, such as the P7CB, Cobra King, ZXi7, and Blueprint S.  

 

The T100 didn't do anything for me in the feel dept.  But they've got the address position nailed 

 

(hopefully they go back to a pre-worn leading edge)

I think feel is pretty personal.  I had the P7CBs - they are not a soft feeling forging.  They’re a dense feeling forging.  On well struck shots, I prefer the feel of the T100.  On mishits, I prefer the P7CB.

I agree here on both accounts.  It’s hard to find a better looking iron at address throughout the entire set.  Especially 8-p.  Also, pre-worn leading edge is a great call.

 

I think they made some incremental improvements on feel since ap2’s.  The 718 felt really good and was a bit of a unicorn.  Super forgiving but still had traditional lofts which is unusual.  Did not hurt that it was their best looking ap2.

 

Really liked the ‘19 & ‘21 t100’s a lot!  I thought the ‘21’s felt really good.  More dense than ever before.

 

Will be curious to see how they evolve this line for sure!
