Gross.  Thanks for that.   That’s the main reason I don’t get along with the tseries.  The 620s just glide through all kinds of turf.  About the only place I did feel the t100 grab was in Florida when it was wet

same here. T series turf interaction has always sucked to me, especially living in So Cal. Soles of irons either have to be thinner or have some form of relief to work here. Even with the size of the TC202 soles they surprisingly glide through the turf pretty well.

Interesting predicament currently.

 

Offers on current T150s are pretty good in the UK. £899 for 4-PW with the new sets will be £1349 approx.

 

Cant decide if its worth the wait of just run with the discounted current models.

How does the red feel compared to the blue flex wise? Closer to LZ? I play 6.5 in LZ, but like 6.0 in PX.

If 150 is your club and stock shafts available are ok for you,  then it’s not worth waiting, differences will be marginal in the 150 or 100. If you were looking at current model t200 or 350 it looks like waiting for new model would be worth it.

Nice, I’m actually a major fan of lofts on the pitching wedge and gap wedge, but have to say it looks off on the pitching wedge now.

I’d say it’s closer to std PX but not quite as stiff. I played LZ n 6.5 and even the 7.0 wasn’t overly stiff but definitely in 6.0 for blue label. Tried 6.5 in the red and numbers were good but I just felt like I had to work for it a little too much. Went with 6.0 hard stepped.

We all feel things differently for sure. I have the reds in my TC202’s and they feel a lot like the Modus 115’s in my P7CB’s. I thought they felt fairly soft compared to blues and I launch them a good bit higher.

So the 6 iron will be 30 degrees

All the lofts will be the same as the T100.  the PW says 44 but its now 46.

Spoke to the GM at my Golf Galaxy last night.  New Titleist irons release "Sometime this Fall."  He said that's the only info the rep will provide.

Yep definitely a new addition for Titleist.  The rep said now he can show someone exactly what will happen if they lighten the head with the extra length, instead of just saying "Trust me, it'll be fine'   The other thing which hasn't been talked about alot, unless I missed it; is the new fitting adapters allow them to change loft and lie indepently on the fitting iron, giving them more ability to really dial things in.   Like you said, makes sense.

LOL!!  I get it.  But two of the GM's from local GG's were at the fitting we hosted and  hey were told  in store dates are the last week of August.
