Completed my Titleist fitting this morning. Really impressed with the new line up and a bit of a surprise in terms of what I was fit for. I've been playing T200 for the past several years, and 2 years ago got fit into the AMT White shafts with T200 heads (2023 model). These were great when i was "on", but somewhat punishing when I wasn't. I went into fully expecting to get into the T250, but they put me in a blended set (T150 7-P, T250 4-6) with the new AMT Silver shafts and 2 degrees flat. I know the AMT stuff is not everyone's cup of shaft, but I've gotten used to it over the last 4 years, first with the AMT Black then with AMT White. I think the AMT Silver is a nice middle ground shaft and I got great results this morning with it (DG Mid 115 was close 2nd place, but a $20 upcharge).

I am really impressed with T250, which are clearly a step up from the T200 heads in terms of launch, distance, and forgiveness. They look MUCH better as well. But where I was really blown away was with the T150. It was shocking how easy these were to hit and get up in the air. They actually felt easier to hit than the T250, maybe due to the smaller sole? I don't recall the T150 being this easy to hit in the last gen..  By the time I got to 6 iron, the slightly higher peak height of the T250 was better suited for me, so that's where we decided to blend the set.

I am eagerly awaiting my confirmed ship date/delivery date, but was told it should take about 2 weeks. Overall, another great fitting experience with Titleist. I highly recommend the experience to anyone.

Very similar setup (t200 21 in AMT Black and t200 23 in AMT White).

Looking to get fitted soon and want to see if doing the 150 lofts on the 250 will work.

Will probably hit the AMT Silver but also have a set of t100s irons with PX 5.5 so will try those as well.

So no idea about how the new ones are on firm turf,  but the last gen 150s are terrible compared to 100s from before.

Yep, had the first run T150, quickly back to 100S.

Got fit yesterday and looking forward to seeing how this new setup works on the course. Have a feeling it's going to really help the in the long iron game (my biggest struggle ATM). I ordered the T250U while I was at the fitting and received a notification late last night that it's "In Progress." That's a pretty damn fast turn around! I ordered the rest through my club's pro shop (had lots of shop credit). We'll see how long those take...

New setup

4 - T250U PX HZRDUS Black 5g 90 6.0

5-6 - T250 TT AMT Silver S300

7-PW - T150 TT AMT Silver S300

Stock lofts - They seemed to gap well for me the way they're setup

Current setup

4 - U505 Fuji Ventus+ Blue 9 Stiff (bent 1* weak)

5-PW - T150 DG 120 TI S400

Not sure I follow - you should be able to test out the heads in different shaft types / configurations through SureFit.

On a side note, AMTs are horrible 🤣

Wow im being told by my fitter that there is a back order on the T150 heads now. Can anyone else confirm this? I tried calling Titleist this morning and they wouldn’t confirm anything without the PO number.

Very similar experience for me. Coming from super GI irons I figured the t250 would be the best fit but the t150 turf interaction and strike was just better for me. Also settled for the AMT white over the DG because they felt similar and wasn't worth the upcharge imo.

I didn't do any loft bending but may end up bending 1 deg weak at some point.

New set:
T250 5-6 (+1/4in, 2 deg upright)
T150 7-GW (+1/4in, 2 deg upright)
AMT White

Ordered 07/07 and delivery is set for tomorrow.

seeing a lot of cool blended orders here... like t250 longest iron then 150 longer irons then 100.

interestingly, my fitter didn't really see me hit it much better with the 150 than the 100. i almost went full t100 4i-pw but felt better with the t250 in 4i so went with that.

makes me think the forgiveness gap between the 150 and the 100 is narrowing.

The 150 really isn’t any more forgiving from a quality of strike required standpoint.  It launches and spins a little different and sole has a different sole width which my suit an individuals dynamic loft (usually higher)at impact better

I went same setup as you although I’m gonna hold off on the 4i for now since I really have no issues with my current one.
I was pretty shocked at how forgiving the T100 was. Most of the shots in my fitting favored low toe and the distance drop off was pretty minimal. Overall T100 just felt better for me and the T150 felt clunkier. Must’ve been a visual thing for me.

same! my irons come tomorrow and i've just been agonizing over whether i made the right choice seeing all these t250 orders! lol

i just gotta have confidence in the fitting process and trust that we chose what works best for me.

Where you got fitted at? I did mine at Newcastle yesterday (7/13) and apparently they go into prod 7/15. Nippon Modus 3 tour 120x 5-PW T150 and 4 iron T250u. Did you also get some swag? I got some alignment sticks and a GT valuables pouch with extra crap in it like tees

I also got fitted at Newcastle (WA state) on Sunday 7/13, with Rick Barlament. I also received an email last night about my order being "in progress" with an estimated ship date of today 7/15. Hopefully they'll arrive early next week. I did not get any cool swag though, so that's a bummer 😞

If you felt good over the 100's, didn't you feel that the 250 is just a little clunky? I really wanted to get a 250 2 or 3 iron but it just looked too big for me to be comfortable so I pushed it off for now ..

Don't get me wrong, it looks really really nice and I really wanted to get one. Just for me personally I thought it was like maybe just a mm too thick, which is unfortunate. But I think i've just always been sensitive to bigger heads..

Had my Titleist fitting today. Only swinging the 7 iron, and demoed PX 6.0, KBS Tour, DG, AMT silver and AMT White.
Ended up being recommended to go for T150 4-9 with AMT white stiff, 2* up +0.5’’ and 1* strong. Being a sweeper I’ve often seen my T200 with AMT black balloon and drop as a rock if any headwind. Definitely the best shaft for me, but I’m unsure if I should go for the 4 iron. Currently pack a T200U 4i but rarely used due to lack of gapping.
for Pitch I’ve already got a WW 44F bent 1* strong.

still weighing up Ai150 vs. T150 tho, but slowly leaning towards Titleist.

Any advice on 4 iron?

well, i'm coming from ping g425s which look like a cruise ship! lol so i had a bit of the opposite problem, just felt a little nervy standing over a t100 4i... the bulkier head in the 4i at least gave me more confidence putting a good swing on it. also, i don't need super amazing shot shaping with my 4i, and can usually afford a hot one etc at that distance.

if it makes you feel any better, cameron young plays a t350 3i. will zalatoris seems to have used a T350 3i in the bag at some point. and TONs of them seem to have a T200 3 or 4i in the bag. (not that we should be comparing ourselves to tour pros lol)

Standard lofts I found it to be spinning less and launching about the same.  Loft for loft (both at 34), no idea why, but T150 was spinning more and launching more (launch was to be expected), but spin surprised me a bit since it was spinning a bit less at the standard 1 degree apart.  Maybe to do with the offset and bounce, not sure.

As others have mentioned, forgiveness isn't much different, in fact T100 might be more or less forgiving depending on how you interact with the ground.  But off a peg I did find the 150 to be more consistent on the distance.

I think what we are seeing from these is although the loft is stronger, there’s a bit more ball speed. Some. Fittings I’ve seen have conflicting statements about the 100 vs 150.

I think the general consensus is a higher launch with slightly less spin and higher ball speed. Basically for those who want to play an MB, CB, or T100 type iron but need that extra launch and distance.

I have seen this change for some. Some say it launches lower. It’s really up to how you deliver it. I still have life left in my 2022 T100’s, but when I’m ready, I want to test both. I could use a tad lower launch with a tad more spin personally.

I went to pro shop today tried the T250…I want to love it so much because it looks gorgeous, but I don’t…hate the feel and sound of it. My current gamer is Mizuno 245 and it has superior feel and sound …darn it!!!

I walked out of store with GT2 driver though.

I get that. I also have a set of Mizuno irons (925 Forged) and the T250 feels harsh in comparison. The T150 is more closely matched in feel to the Mizunos in my opinion. But I'm still getting the T250 in 4-6 irons because I need the higher launch and it feels 'good enough' for the handful of times i'll hit those clubs in a round. I will say however that the T250 feels WAY better than the prior T200, and I mean all 3 versions of the T200 ('19, '21, '23) which I previously bagged.
