Best places to purchase JDM Irons?

Like the title says who are the best sources these days for JDM clubs?  I have purchased from 

Tour Spec Golf and when it was an option Rakuten but what are the options?  I'm USA based.

Yes proxy services are definitely the easiest and give you access to both new and secondhand markets with Rakuten, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, and a few others.  For a fee they purchase items on your behalf, then send them to you with the courier of your choice.  This opens up your options as many Japanese sellers don't want to deal with international buyers.

 

You can find quite a few established companies that do this very well, their websites have search engines that search multiple marketplaces like Rakuten and Mercari at the same time.  The better ones will even store items for 30-45 days and consolidate your purchases into one shipment to save on international shipping.  Personally I have had good experiences with OneMap From Japan.  Currently got a few items in their warehouse that will be sent here soon.

What happened to Rakuten? I keep buying stuff there as recent as this week. You just have to use their Global Express forwarding. No big deal. Back few years ago when some stores would ship to USA, some wouldn't. So it's a win-win to me 🤷‍♂️

I second that, although sometimes they use boxes that are too big which I feel just jacks up shipping cost a bit. Otherwise I never had an issue with them as far as anything else.

Buyee is actually ok with packaging.  If you want to see over packing, its fromjapan.. can't really blame these guys as they are shipping companies to begin with.

ZenMarket did this to me last shipment, I was a big fan of their service up until that point, and they didn't want to take any responsibility even when I showed them the contents could have fit in their next smaller sized box.

I watch the news, just wasn't sure if that's what you were referring to.

I noticed last few packages took four days to go from Tokyo to Chicago (normally ~24h). And they've been stuck in customs for what seems like forever (normally 24h as well). What  a s*** show everything has become.

Took the BRM wedges out to get a feel for their loft and spin.  Took several holes, then things began to click.  Had a nice HIO dance going on 9, a par 3 at 104 yards. Had a steady 10+ mph wind in the face and hit the 50* gripped down a 1/2". Hit just about 4 feet past the pin and spun back within screaming distance of dropping.  Ended up 4 feet south of the pin. 😆 Made the first of three birdies for the day.

Current, or previous model? I have 52/58 raw BRM2s from two (?) years ago. Lovely head shape.

Previous model. They went in my backup bag that’s also used when I play in the senior league from the gold tees.

Two wedges, 50 & 56 for $250. Grooves are excellent and they spin well.
