Dan Carraher Putters

These look so good to me, so much so that I also ordered one. Will go head-to-head against my Sink Zero torque putter.

It's here and it's a beaut. Really looking forward to rolling this, but vacation (no clubs allowed) means that it will be a while.

 

I took a little bit of scotchbrite to the head as I wanted a more "garagey" look, and I think it turned out fantastic.

My zero torque from Dan shipped today. Should have it early next week. Can’t wait to give it a run. If I like it I’m probably going to have him build me one in a broomstick as well

Just adding a pic of the broomstick built up. 44”, 493 gram, 78 degree lie angle. Turned out great and it sits dead square. 

Is your son still liking the broomstick? Any chance I could see an address photo?

I haven't seen a good Damascus outside of Lajosi for a long while.  This looks really good.  Carbon or stainless?

Thank you, it's Carbon Damascus and fantastic. Dan did such a great job with this putter, it sits so well behind the ball, has an unbelievable feel & sound, rolls the ball perfectly, and is simplictically perfect.

Oh and it does what every great putter does, puts the ball in the hole when I do my part.

Yes he’s really liked it and has been putting great. This is the only address pic I have sorry the lighting isn’t the best. I can try and get another one

It’s just solid. Feels like a great milled carbon steel putter but with great balance.  To me in my experience carbon is a bit less lively than stainless.  With this putter I’ve really liked that though. The feel from the first putt I hit with mine was just a nice solid feel with great feedback. I’ve really enjoyed putting with it

Really thinking about ordering one of these. Have an OZ.1 and kinda wishing I custom ordered a 0 shaft lean one and gotten the insert now that I’m used to it. Those raw carbon steel heads look so good to my eye.
