New Callaway UW for 2025?

Just noticed this on their site as well - crossing fingers they bring back some of the original specs from the first version (especially the sole).

man you beat me to it. I have the OG 21 in the bag, and I can confidently say it has zero chance of leaving, but I'd like to replace my 5 hybrid with a 24 UW.

My dream club for quite a while has been an OG Apex UW 21 degree for lefties. They’ve never offered it to us in that loft. Really really hoping for something like that this time around.

Sounds like I’m the majority of loving gen 2 version. Didn’t help the first version shaft and I never got along.

Yes - Agree 100%. The 19 degree was just to much overlap to my 5 wood. Need 21 degree in LH. Adjustable loft sleeve would be nice too.

Hopefully next generation will have 24 degree. I have picked up a tsi1 25 degree and put a tensei 1k black in it. Works good….

I think a 21 would be great ! I play an OG 17 and it's nasty off the tee it's kinda my driving iron .

I have owned both generations with different shafts. They are both amazing clubs!

 

 I know a lot of people around here give more love to Gen 1, but honestly it hard to tell the difference when you hit them.  I might like to see a blind test with the same shaft and see who can tell the difference!

Our updated price lists came out the other day with the rest of the rumored second half releases: AI150/ X Forged/X Forged Max/Ti Fusion plated irons, new CB wedges. No mention of a new UW in there. 

 

But there is a new paint job for the Elyte driver, at least. 

 

And the return of Happy's putter.

Can be bonded.  They need to offer fitting heads to shops.  TM does this for their bonded products.  

 

Love my 19*.  TSR1 23* is close but not quite as magical.

Only new wedge was the CB. And no price change as of yet on Opus Std or Platinum. If SP is in the pipeline/not Tour Only, it's likely a little ways away yet.

I think the TSi1 5H at 23 was the closest I found.  I did have to loft it to 25 degrees to get the distance I was looking for as it was going too far.  I will say this club and my 19 UW is making my 21 UW almost obsolete.  Perhaps I find a 3 wood to bomb off the deck since I can't hit my mini off it.

The name is "Night Edition". I think it's fairly easy to infer what that is going to be.
