Played 18 today in MD. It was like 100+. Love the heat!!!!! Then I came home and continued rebuilding my deck steps. I'll sleep well tonight!!

Lord, I don’t know how some of you love the heat and humidity. It was only 80 but it felt like 90. I can see the water leaving my skin and after 12 holes I can feel my body just slumps. 
 

hard to swing with full power, hard to keep my body movement intact. 
 

I felt like a noodle. Not to mention I was riding the cart too.

In the Carolinas our temps have been mid 90's with high humidity. Heat index is around 105. 3 holes in I'm soaked head to toe and stay that way the rest of the round. Can't wait for cooler temps.

I get it, but that points clearly to deficient pre-round preparation and/or that even 64 ounces was insufficient. Getting ahead the night before and morning of playing in brutal conditions cannot be overstated, and it’s all but impossible to overdo.

Ill think about this more. 
it’s a little hard to plan since I’m also under strict diet and training regiment this year. 
 

perhaps just a lot more water the night before?

Drats here in NE Georgia it's been a cool wet spring. 

I agree 75-90 degrees with a good breeze is perfect . Heat stroke is no joke. I was very close last week.  
Golf in the warm weather is so much more enjoyable. Dont even mind a light rain as long as its not cold rain hahaha
