I don't really get the negativity on this, I think it looks fine. Looks decent from address; most utility irons have a similar level of offset. A little chunkier than the iCrossover, which I think is appealing to a broader range of players.

 

I'm a little surprised they ditched the adjustable hosel, but again that's pretty unique for these types of clubs. In a perfect world for me, utility irons would share an adapter with hybrids to allow shaft swapping.

I haven't been on the forum in years, but the comments here are cracking me up.  I need to chme in. I don't have an issue with the new ìdi at all.  I can't wait to hit it.  I like that they went back to a bit of chunkiness.  It looks like the G400 with better looks.  I bet it's a long hitter with forgiveness.

I like the look of it. Glad they got rid of the adjustable hosel.

Hoping they are big enough to fit in nicely with i240 irons so would like to see the 3 iron alongside an i240 4 irons

Yeah I agree with the sentiment of this thread; the T250U clears in the looks department by a mile. I wonder what the thought process behind getting rid of the adjustable hosel is…

I've been watching iCrossovers on eBay for the last few weeks, and the supply has suddenly dried up in the last day or two.

Not a great sign for the new club (or for me getting the old one!)

IDK. Tons of guys here absolutely raved about/love the 210s, like the drivers a lot and the BPs were the hottest iron on the site a while back

Looking at the pictures, I feel like they are trying to channel their inner "Nike" and make something similar to the Vapor Fly utility that Finau and Brooks use. I think if they made this thing black it would be better imo.

I agree, they are ugly.  as are the i240.  but in both cases, I will quickly put them in the bag if they offer anything extra in performance.  hard to believe there is any material technological step yet to be had but ... never know.

those Nike irons are special cause they look like a regular iron, have a great sole grind and low offset yet perform as good as any of the current utility irons offered.  This ping thing looks like a u505

Hope they fixed the sound cause despite all the reviews saying it sounded/felt good, the Icrossover was a tingy clanky little monster. Compared to Srixon and titleist utility irons it wasn’t even close.

Completely agree.  I could not get over the sound and feel of the icrossover.  Went straight back to the Srixon!!

Serious question - What would be the advantage of using this club or any crossover iron over a hybrid?  I've never tried a crossover.
