Recommend a wedge/grind

I just upgraded my irons over the winter to the new P790s, and the iron lofts are different enough between these and my old ones that the wedge gapping works better if I use a 54 degree as my sand wedge instead of a 56.

My old 56 degree wedge is a Callaway Jaws full toe that I wasn't really in love with anyway, so I'm happy to look at something new. I'd like something that has 10-12 degrees of bounce, but can be opened up while still keeping the leading edge relatively low to the ground. This club will be my (mostly) do-it-all from 90 yards all the way in to greenside. Around the green, I like to play shots with a slightly open club face and towards the back of my stance to try to get a little spin.

I tried the Cleveland RTZ with the Adapt grind, but it's only 8 degrees of bounce, and I don't like the turf interaction on the longer shots. I've also been looking at the Z grind/10 degrees of bounce in the Callaway Opus, but the Z grind is exclusive to the Platinum, which no one around me carries. Are there any other brands that I should be looking at? I'm fine with full face/full toes, but it doesn't have to be one of those. Thanks.

Just bear in mind that bounce is not a standard measurement across brands - one OEM's 10* of bounce might play like another's 12*, etc.

Vokey's M and D grinds would be worth a look, as well as Mizuno's M and P (formerly D) grinds. Other brands have a similar M/D/C type grind - that's what you're looking for, with moderate bounce, probably somewhere around 10*.

I've got an RTX6 54 with the mid grind. It has some heel/toe relief, which makes it pretty playable from a variety of clubface positions.

Before getting my RTX6 wedges, I played with a Vokey 58D and 58M at various times. The D has 12* and the M is at 8*, but I felt like the heel/toe grind on those wedges made them play like a lower bounce wedge when opening the face. I used the M for years but moved to the D when I started playing courses with typically softer conditions and I don't feel like I lost any shot making ability with the extra 4* of bounce except maybe if I were trying to hit a flop shot off of the cart path.

Switched from Vokey after 20 years with S, V, or K grinds. My fitter recommended the MG4's and I've found them so reliably easy to hit. I also decided to switch to 50, 54, & 58 instead of my normal 52, 56, & 60 since my LIMIT3D's PW is a 45. The 58 SBC doesn't dig and allows me to open the face as needed. The spin is excellent.
