the wording seemed like they were saying the originals had reduced offset. Well I suppose that is true compared to a G series Ping iron, lol. They always had to much offset in a blade for me.

You are good enough.  Don't sell yourself short.  For a long time, blades were the only iron design available, so everyone played with blades.

Whats the difference between the 690s and 680s? I have a set of the original 680s, but my game isn't quite there yet to game them

I’d probably get the 620 mb’s over these, they have less offset. The 716 mb’s were basically clones of the 680 and I never liked the exaggerated offset on them. They made them for Adam Scott.
