Not for nothing; but here is my $.02 as someone who knows something about the laws… I know Lab Outlet states that their purchases are non refundable, but that is only is you received the advertised product. In the golf industry, a putter advertised at 36.5” is heaps different than 35”. That is so far from being the product described that their “as is” protection doesn’t apply, just like their “as is” protection wouldn’t apply if they advertised a 36.5” putter but sent a 36.5” baseball bat. Your description as “catch and release” leads me to believe this is a recent purchase and you could perhaps get a refund or rectification from LAB. Unacceptable on their part.

To be honest, and I will delete this if you think I’m impacting a potential sale, if their internals say the putter should be 36.5” but it’s only 35”, I would be skeptical that this putter is actually lie angle balanced given how they say length and lie matter so much. Thanks. I have emailed them just now to let them know about the situation. Hopefully they take it back and refund me without a fuss. Listed it first hoping it would be a quick sale and I’d take a minor hit for the convenience of not having to email back and forth. Shocked they would list something inaccurate like this for sale. Was my first lab putter from them as well

Thank you. Me too. I am going to a shop today to confirm specs and take pictures if they need it. Sucks i have to wait days for an email back. Seems the outlet page is separate for them from the main customer service
