The Titleist GT2 has proven to be the best driver of the year. Packaged in a classic profile, GT2 perfectly balances performance and forgiveness while consistently being a high performer across all  categories.

I’ve been Anti-Titleist for years and years and years (outside of vokey, of course). With that being said, HOLY BEGEEZUS the GT3 driver is an absolute NUCLEAR MONSTER! This thing blew my G430 10K Max out of the water in every single category. Forgiveness is the biggest thing that stands out of me, the 3 model has always been one of the less forgiving models in the past but this GT3 can take bad shot after bad shot and still end up in the fairway, I think a ton of that has to do with the adjustability, it’s actually effective. Feel and sound is perfect, that solid crack is so addicting to hear and when you hit it out the screws this thing can absolutely bomb it. 

 

Titleist, I’m sorry for doubting you. You have converted me.

Obviously biased with my pick for the Wilson Dynapwr LS.  However, it's the underdog the punches well above its brand's reputation. I've liked it so much that I got rid of my beloved Ping G430 LST.  If that doesn't say it all...

Cobra Max K is gaining status toward unicorn status. Super forgiving, great ball speed & not high spin.

This is a tight race between the Cobra DS-Adapt Max K and LS for me. I’m going with LS because it is ridiculously forgiving for an LS driver and is the longest and straightest driver I’ve ever hit… it is so easy to dial in spin and launch numbers with this club. The 3 movable weights and industry shattering hosel design set this one apart. The Taylormade QI35 LS is the honorable mention in my testing, and the Callaway Elyte TD right behind that.

GT3 all day every day.....2 reasons:

1. Just low spin enough to add distance without losing control and 

2. Shape and sound are absolutely GLORIOUS!!!

 

Since the TS Line, Titleist has delivered with every iteration. The number of pros who are unsigned using the GT3 or GT2 screams that these are winners.

While technically a 2024 release, the PXG Black Ops Tour-1 provides low spin and exceptional forgiveness across the face. A well struck ball sounds and feels phenomenal.

Not a fan of Ping drivers in general, but 440 LST takes the cake.  It's super forgiving across the face for a low spin head, looks and sounds good and the ability to make it play neutral or slightly fade biased through the hosel settings is very appealing.

Need Sub70 859 Pro and 859 JD (John Daly) added to the list. The 859 Pro was able to knock the venerable favorite Ping LST out of my bag this year. Once Sub70 is added, I can vote.

Titleist GT3 has been the best driver for me in quite a while.  I think this generation has been the best so far for them.  Interested to see where they go from here
