Ping g430 lst or 440lst?

As an aside, you can get the Ventus shaft for $200 if you order it from Ping with your driver (rather than $350 aftermarket), and then you can order a stock Ping shaft on the side just in case you ever want to sell the "stock" driver (and then you get a Ventus shaft for 30% off retail). Or you can easily make your money back on the Ventus and re-sell that if you see no real difference.

Pre kids it was speed training 3-4 days/week. Post kids I’m lucky to pick up a club once a week, and speed training 😂 no chance 

Yeah, we gotta include men, women, transexuals, hermaphrodites, etc.  Excuse me for not being PC, lol.  Speed training does make a big difference.

I was really surprised by it. I went from 109 too end speed (GCQ numbers) to 125.

 

And some of it stuck, even now I can get to 119 if I’m really going after it. 
 

wild to hear about some of the guys here cruising in the mid 120’s and pushing it 130+…I could only dream

That's some wild improvement. Congrats!! I hit on Trackman for the first time in years a couple weeks ago, and I was shocked to see my driver swing speed hovering around 110-112 (albeit with a 44.5" shaft). I've got an email from a few years ago with fitting data showing avg club head speed of 121...where did all my speed go? haha
