Need help with driver

Low 20s index and my driver has gone off the rails over roughly the last fifteen rounds. I use Arccos and my strokes gained average over 15 rounds with the driving stat, any non par 3 tee shot, has dropped by 5.2. I use a wood on one par four because driver will go through the dogleg and there is a par five where it depends on where the tees are set that day. The majority of this stat is with my driver.

 

I have been working on a couple swing changes and that's roughly when the wheels came off the bus. First was to try to shift better, I tend to shift left(lead side) immediately when i start my backswing. The other change has been with my takeaway. I tend to roll the club inside and let my right elbow break down too much. Neither of these is 100% but are better. My backswing is not as flat as it used to be. My irons have improved with the work on my takeaway, it's really just my driver that has gotten worse.

 

I tend to hit the ball off the toe with all clubs. My predominate miss with driver is a push fade. It's gotten to the point where my ball can enter the trees anywhere from 50 - 125 yards off the tee. I may be aiming towards the middle of the fairway but I send it dead right immediately in a lot of cases. I can have the occasional pull when I try to force the clubhead shut but that doesn't always work. A true slice, start left and curve way right is very rare for me to hit.

 

My good strikes tend to be high draws or fades without a lot of curve to them. They are just MIA these days.

 

I have some slow motion video of hitting driver on the range a few hours ago and also my iron swing from five days ago. I'm including the iron swing in case it somehow helps. I apologize for the face on driver, there's a bit of a halo thanks to the sun being behind me.

 

Any thoughts/advice is greatly appreciated.

Dtl, start minimizing forward bend and knee flex.  Aim for 20-25 degrees. The more you bend forward at the waist, the more difficult it is to achieve good results with driver and the less lofted clubs.  Im sure youll get other things mentioned but its important for you to work on ONE thing until it becomes CONSISTENTLY good.....especially if youre incorporating changes unsupervised.
