Which Speed Training Stick and App is your Favorite?

I just purchased a PRGR monitor here and am looking to pick up one of the swing speed systems. They are all very similar, so I'm hoping for advice on which have the best apps and which are easiest to use/change weights.

All the below options have "single stick solutions":

Rypstick ($200)

1 month app free, $60/year there after (basic data and training remains free)

Super Speed ($200)

1 Year app free, $100/year there after (basic data and training remains free)

Stack System ($300)

1 year app free, $100/year there after (Do not know if basic data remains free)

Speed Toad ($125)

App free forever with device purchase

Making some assumptions, it looks like SuperSpeed and Stack both require a driver tool to change weights. The Toad would just live on an extra shaft. Rypstick look the easiest to physically change weights--no tool needed. Again, mostly minor differences, so it really comes down to the app and it's data and ease of use.

None. Best strategy is technique work + hitting max effort drives. Also gym work if there’s any physical limitations.
Don’t spend time on speed stick gimmicks that might damage your technique and body while lacking specificity that allows you to transfer the new speed to the course.

The Stack, mostly because rather than just following a protocol that everyone does, the app guides you through a protocol that is fairly customized/tailored to you. The guys behind it are smart, and there are different in-season, out-of-season, etc. protocols as well.

I’m more interested in how each system implements their program and usage instead of the merits of speed training.

Swinging driver as fast as possible has its benefits and is likely an excellent way to test and maintain any speed gained through both speed and weight training.

Do you know if users still have app access after the first year?

Listen - I'm not an expert, but I'm currently speed training. I have sticks - they're fine and they work - but hitting actual golf balls faster/farther is really important IMO. Some people don't use sticks at all and have gained a lot of speed. Bryson doesn't seem to use them. Eddie Fernandez ("fast Eddie") recommends NOT using them.

I'm using PRGR + original SuperSpeed sticks (which I got on Prime Day deal). I don't have the SS app, but follow the protocol. I hit 5 balls and record max club and ball speed in Google Sheets. SS protocol training. Hit 5 more balls and record max club and ball speed. I also work on swinging fast with good technique and use strike spray at range 1-2x per week.

~Month in and making good progress. Average club speed up from 108 to 113 during testing after training. Average distance on course up per Arccos (~8-10 yards).

I think Stack is a great tool and would be the one I would go with from your list. I saw solid speed gains from it. Also, one clarification is that you do not need a driver tool to change the weights on Stack.

However, I would also recommend doing max intent driver swings after the workouts/protocols for whichever training device you go with. My knock on each of them is that the speed gains can be difficult to transfer to actually hitting a ball; I know that was the case for me. I think pairing any of the options you listed with actual max intent drivers with a ball would be the most effective path for the speed to transfer to playing.
