how do you compare the 695.mb to the 690.mb and do you have any idea if the F3-05 is coming out to the public

Thanks again to all the new posters for your comments. I do have a couple options for my wedges, i think i am going with these at least to start the season.

 

 

They are Black Tour Chrome Vokeys w/ S400 shafts, they are stamped BTC on hosel, i picked these up from Sevenbirdies ( Matt) some time ago, and i think they deserve a shot.

I cant believe it took me this long to see and reply in this thread. a real travesty as far as im concerned. I've been in limbo between West Palm Beach and the airport returning from vacation. You are constantly amazing me. I need to get in contact with you soon bc i need some help aquiring some goods, and as far as im concerned you are the Mr. Miyagi of Club HO'IN!!!!!!!! Your set is truly unbelievable. MAY I MAKE A SUGGESTION FOR WEDGES???? Try the 400 series in black nickel and send them to Joe to have some nice grinds put on em....thats what i am debating right now. whether i want any spin milled since i spin the ball a ton as it already is or to go with the 200 or 400 series.

 

Hopefully with some help my spring /summer/fall lineup for 06' will look a little like this.

 

905R 8.5*

F3-05 15*

503I or 503U 19*

heres where it gets tough

695.MB OR 735.CM and do i want Rifle or S-400

my gamer for putter and my team bag.

I have been away for a few days...WOW!! Nice bag!! Those blades look amazing!! How does the profile compare with the 681's? I would be interested in a review and comparison between the two sets after you have used them for awhile. And I don't even know where to start on that 3-wood you lucky $*#%$@!.

I have a standard 905 Headcover on it right now, i do not know if the retail R will have a different headcover or not, if they do come out with something different i will just purchase the cover after they are released. Thanks.

All reports are that the 695's will be out in the spring March/ April.

 

My real identity? I am just a guy from Michigan, that likes golf equipment, no one special, just a married father of 3.

That is the brand new Tour F3-05, may be in the 06' Titleist line up, no one knows for sure. Thanks.

I have heard both, some say it won't because it is not designed for the masses and it will be hard to sell since it is made for the stronger players, Titleist is not known for catering to the golfers looking for game improvement clubs. I could see something along the lines of the U, since it seems to be more like a Rescue than a 2 iron, especially since not many play long irons any more, like i said, you won't know for sure with Titleist until they release it.

Firstly, where do you get all your gear from? I've never seen anyone with that amount of equipment lying around as I saw recently in another thread.

 

Whilst I do think that the the new stuff is fantastic I just can't see how you can feel confident over the ball when you're always replacing your gear?

 

These are genuine questions, I'm not trying to flame anything that you're doing regarding equipment etc. I just would like to know.

 

No offense taken with your comments, i agree with you, in my WITB i stated that it definitely hurts my game by the constant changing of equipment, although i don't really change all that often, i usually use my primary WITB line up, then if the urge to play with something else strikes me i will take something else out with me. If i like what i used, i will play with it for awhile until i switch again, i don't get paid to play so my score is not that important, i can play good or bad with any of the clubs i have, its always the Indian and not the Arrow in my case. This is going to be the first season that i started with an entire bag overhaul, but i am very excited to play with all the new stuff. Sometimes my changing helps me shoot better because i try harder, so like i said the clubs don't really impact my game as much as i do. Thanks for asking. John.
