I just paid for my first Byron two days ago and being in NW Indiana I hope I get to use it outside before the season is over. I can't wait to get some pictures up here!

I ordered mine literally after Christmas last year and received it approximately a month later. In my opinion these are one of the best putters out here. I do own a scotty and don't get me wrong, they are great too. But for the money, I believe you will be wayyyyyyy more happy in setting up a one of a kind putter just the way you like it for the same price as a scotty. My question to you guys is, can you send your putters back to get things done to it? Like site lines and what not.

As far as I know you can have almost anything change. I was contemplating sending mine back to get a new neck.

Absolutely. Alignment aids, stamping, paint fill, refinish, etc... You can send your putter back to have pretty much anything done to it.

Does byron do a putter fitting in his studio? Finally convinced my wife to let me get one, but I am not going to spend this much without getting fit, as I really have no idea optimal loft/lie or what type of milling or neck.

He has a putting green and knows a lot and can definitely help you, but here's what I'd do. Find a Sam Puttlab, use it and get your results. Then contact Bruce Rearick (Bargolf on puttertalk.com). He will tell you what will work best for you based on the puttlab report for free if ordering a Byron. Bruce is possibly the best person on the planet to analyze your stroke. He has worked with puttlab forever. I VERY HIGHLY recommend you do that. If you look at Bruce's resume you will be impressed.

Byron can do pretty much anything right? I want an arm lock that's similar to my model 1 but with a much smaller head, closer to a SC square back.

Tell us about that grip. Does it have the entire Pure Logo on the bottom portion of the grip? How about a shot of the whole grip.

I think that is Byron's Pre-Patina "Corona" finish that he does on copper.
