No need to sell the new ones for a bargain price like that ;)

 

The new ones are supposed to compete with Bridgestone B333, ProV1 and Cally balls, so I'll bet you won't see the new Black Max balls this cheap until a succesor to these are released some time this month next year, i guess :D

No, this would be an example of the sponsor supporting you. :D Let's forget for a moment that DiscountDansGolf.com has already given us all THE lowest prices on the new Adidas 360 shoes available anywhere (and I seriously don't want someone chiming in about a tmag connection :) ). Let's put the fact that DiscountDansGolf.com is also already one of the most competitively priced retailers around (where you can actually get CURRENT top-shelf products--rock-bottom golf is great for La-Jolla clubs from 2001 :fool: ). What makes DiscountDansGolf.com great, in my eyes is their close association with Golfwrx.com. ;) I forgot about dealsongolfballs.com! I don't think dealson has any maxfli's in stock right now--but I would definitely drop either one of them a PM if you don't want to call. I know DiscountDan's is online more often, or at least on this site--but def. contact them one way or another, through his site or ours. Here's a link to DiscountDan's profile on Golfwrx--that will have the link to his site, Personal Message link through this site, and phone number somewhere's (maybe on their link). I have several calls in to our TaylorMade Maxfi rep to find out what the deal is on this Black Max sale. As of now it looks to me like a kamikaze loss leader, or someone who bought too much of something and is trying to pay their mortgage.

 

The shipping is $9.00 for a dozen at checkout, so it is still an OK deal for the ball. If you buy a bunch of them you are getting a good deal I beleive as the shipping should be pro-rated.

 

If I get any news back from our rep with regards to an availiable deal, I will pass it on in this thread... As of now Taylor Made's factory knows nothing of it...

 

We appreciate a good deal as much as anyone, but sometimes you have to pick and choose on golf balls depending on what company is looking to lose money this week.

I just ordered 20 dozen of the BlackMax - and made them an offer - $369 for 20 dozen.

I hear from Nicholas from DiscountDans golf that this price is below wholesale - so maybe I should have ordered 40 dozen :crazy: ;)

 

They may want to get rid of any stock of this ball, and know the succesor is just around the corner - but this price is too good to be true - and if something is too good to be true, it usually IS.

 

Cross my fingers the balls will arrive tomorrow with UPS and they won't be fake or lake balls or something like that ;)
