Ordered my i10s Today

I have been jones these since I hit them at Demo day this past spring. I thought I could sate my Ping desires with a set of ISIs that I bought on a whim, but they just did not do it for me. I did give them 2 weeks and several range sessions. I liked them but still kept looking at the i10s. So I got rid of those and ordered some i10s from Discount Dans today, should be here by mid-August. Local store had the i10s on sale a couple weeks ago, but when I went there yesterday they were sold out and said they could not order them at a "sale" price. I love my Hogans, but after 14 years I'm ready to change, however I am not getting rid of them. Theywill be my trusty back-up set.

You must be gutted with the i15 coming out the same time that you get you're i10. I think this be a good example of irony.

Well the i15s coming out makes the i10s on sale - doesn't make em bad clubs just cos something newer came out

Oh and I can't see where the irony is there

Based on the photos I've seen of the i15's at setup...I'd take the i10's over them in a heartbeat. I wish they would offer a minimal-offset option on them...but I was surprised to see that they look more offset than i5's at setup.

The stores here is san diego have them for around $599. Do you mind me asking how much you paid for your i10s? I'm looking for a backup set.

Did not like the looks of the i15s, plus I'm thinking the grooves in the i15s are not as aggressive as the i10s. I've had my Hogans for 14 years, so having the newest clubs out there is not a factor with me. ---SD Native - Discount Dans (877-738-5248) will save you well over $100 and no shipping/sales tax.

The i15 look more like a mix of i5 and g10. Plus he got what HE wanted, not you or anyonewanted him to get. Talk about irony :russian_roulette: . No offense

You will really like the i10's. I have a set and LOVE THEM. I got a set Scratch TD irons coming in about a week, and they are going to have to be one hell of a set to keep my i10's from making a come back.

You definately got what I think are the best set of the series. Enjoy them :man_in_love:

EDIT:If I was to buy a new set (another set that is) before Jan 1st it would definately be a set with U grooves. not the modified V grooves.

My i10s from Discount Dans are showing up in two days. Took close to three weeks, but that's understandable with the release of the i15s. I imagine PING is busy cranking away on the new stuff.
