I wonder if everyone on the US squad is getting fancy to play Mcllroy in the Ryder cup. I can't help but notice that since he uttered his statement about Tiger he hasn't finished higher than Tiger in a tournament (mostly because Mcllroy is playing terrible rather than Tiger doing anything great).

PM hit some 50yd hook from a hazard with the ball below his feet to an elevated green...

The Kuch might pull this one off this week. If he wins this week he should be POTY. I hope McIlory finds his game before Oct. or he will get beat by Tiger or Rickie 8&1. You could tell Philly hates Cog Hill and the chip on the green was a total FAIL . Tiger can take away one good thing today...he hit one fairway 345 yards. lol.

Phil chipping on the green is just another case of he and bones OVER-ANALYZING the crap out of a shot - i'd put money on it that no one else would even consider it. just like him over thinking a 3 foot putt which he seems to miss more than make. he needs to just remove his brain at the first tee and play free for 18 holes.

Sounds like the big boys are doing some complaining about the slowness and condition of the greens this week. Hell, if the rest of us can putt on greens like that (and worse) every week, then they should be able to. Give me a call Tiger! I'll tell you all about how to drain those 8 fotters through spike marks, dirt, burn spots, aerated greens, sand, bird poop, spit, cigar ashes and all the other crap I see on greens.

In two days we won't have to hear all the Tiger excuses about how his life was in shambles, blah blah blah. He was a terrible selection for the Ryder Cup and doesn't even care about playing for the USA. I wish he would have had the brass to decline the invite and give the spot to a more deserving player (the choices would have been endless).
