Limited White/Navy Ping 4 Under

at GPP - have they fixed white issue?

Got an email from GPP yesterday with limited edition White/Navy 4 Under and white/red Hoofer C-1.

Have read a lot of reviews on the 4 Under and am in the market for a ultra-lightweight bag for carrying. Also heard that a lot of people had issues with the white last year. Would it stand to reason this was fixed on this limited edition release?

Also, anywhere else I might want to search to see if any other limited colors have been released? Or is it possible GPP simply did a custom order for a certain # of these 4 Unders?

I have the same white/blue 4 Under they are selling in addition to a black one I bought when the 4 Under first came out. For starters, the 4 Under is a great, great carry bag. I can't really answer your question as to whether the limited bag will have the same issues as the original white 4 Unders. I will point out, however, that the limited bag is made of a different material than the regular 4 Unders. The normal 4 Under is made from light weight nylon, similar to a windbreaker. The limited 4 under, while I believe it's also nylon, is more rigid and substantial. While it's not as heavy/thick, it's similar to the material used on the older generation Ping bags. While I haven't had any durability issues with my black 4 Under, the limited bag material looks like it should be more durable. I'm not sure how the color will hold up long term but my bag has been in and out of the bag room at my club several times over the last month and it's still as bright as the day I pulled it out of the box.

i have a black 4 under and i haven't had any problems either.

never had a white bag... might pick this up.

overall crappy durability (get worn out after a year or so) and tearing around the dividers
