Great site for closeouts, etc. Very reliable. Most of what they carry is out of production models, manufacturers close out stuff sold to resellers. Things of that nature. But they are very competitive on prices, and always have some specials going on.

I've bought so much stuff from them last few months that I need to consider having them on an automatic debit cycle from my checking account!

never had an issue with rock bottom, they are 100% legit. might not have a huge selection, but they have great prices, and I usually have my order in hand within 2-3 days.

Used them many times and got good deals. Lefty section has been really lacking lately but what else is new. The only thing I can tell you is, their prices change all the time so pull the trigger when you see something you like. FOr instance about 2 months ago they had YES putters onsale for $29.99. I saw them while browsing at work and couldn't pull the trigger. As soon as I got home they had jumped to $59. I emailed them and they refused to honor the $29 price. They also jack their prices up when there is a big sale. For example there prices over the black friday/cyber monday period were higher than they were last week. But they offer you the discount to make it seem like your geting a better deal, but reality it's the same price. But like others said it's a lot of good stuff and prices are always way cheaper than anywhere, if you don't mind stuff that is a year or 2 old, which I don't.

I always had great experience with them, but everything is up front (prices, shipping, tracking)....never a problem.....never need customer service.....they do respond to you on FB and emails if you need them though

Well, I wouldn't call email streams real customer service, but, in fairness, I haven't had any problems with them except for one time (nothing major). I've bought a lot of stuff from them.

Same here.......saw a guy start blasting them on their FB wall, just throwing cheap shots about them charging him tax (lived in NY, they have a base in Ny)and wanting to be exempt because he was a reseller, which did not make sense (buying retail albeit discontinued, older model etc). Basically threatened them in an open air, because he was being cheap and not understanding online tax laws.

They couldn't of been nicer to him, offering emails and contacts for him to rectify any problems. I gave him a piece of my mind for flaming, and RBG sent a discount code. Very pleased with them all around

Not to pile on but yes... they are legit. I have had a very good customer service experience with them. Ordered a set of black gold iron shafts that they had on close out and got them in fine didn't notice until I had my clubs apart on Sunday that they had sent two 8 iron shafts and no 6 iron shaft, emailed them on Sunday through Ebay and by Tuesday or Wednesday I had a replacement. No questions asked, no hassle they just took care of it.
