Those are amazing shoes.

My fondest walking memory was walking with my father, grandfather and grandmother on their home course in a small town where they grew up. Now none of them play golf so it was the most vivid memory I have of playing golf with them. It was a great day, don't know how well we all played, but at the time that just didn't matter.

My favorite memory of walking a course was walking Pebble beach with my father in law and brother in law. We has a blast even though the last 3 holes it rained like the world was ending. It is a trip I will never forget. The highlight was definitely getting par on #7 and just playing the iconic course.

I remember the first time I ever walked a course- it was with my best friend in March (here in Ohio) and it was the first day the courses were open. No carts were allowed out, so we walked and there was standing water everywhere. My buddy tried to be a hero and save a shot, and fell in a giant puddle. We laughed for hours. Sign me up!

My favorite memory of walking a golf course is with my Dad before he passed away. As a kid, my family lived on our town's CC, and my Dad and I walked a few holes everyday. I was around 10, and I holed out from around 75 yards. I was never so proud in my life that my Dad was with me when it happend. You would have thought I had made an ace.

My favorite golf memory (so far) was the morning of my wedding. It was myself, my father and my two brothers. This was the first time we had played as a foursome and it proved to be a fantastic start to a wonderful day. Thanks for the contest!

I was 15 and played with a neighbor who was a true temper rep at the time. Forgot my putter at home so used an extra he had in his trunk. Had 10 putts over 9 holes and shot 29 (par was 35, very short local course) and beat him by 4. He was shocked and ended up giving me the putter and for the next few years, full access to any True Temper shafts I needed. Definitely my most fond walking memory.

Holy cow! These are pretty. My favorite golf memory has to be just growing up playing with my dad walking the back nine every Sunday morning in the father/son league. Size 10.5 please!!!

My favorite memory walking a golf course is a late afternoon round of golf with my grandfather, who introduced me to the game, when I was around 7 or 8 years old. At the time, he lived in St. Croix during the winters and we would often go down to visit him. His house was on the Carambola Golf Course and he lived adjacent to a par 4 that required a second shot carry over a pound to the green. It was only a 90 to 120 yard shot, but as a child it was daunting. I had never cleared the water up until that day, losing an unknown number of balls in that pond. On this day I finally cleared the water and it was a special moment.

Best memory of walking was when I played a course near me in 7am in the morning with a cousin. Nothing crazy going on, just a cool autumn morning with us getting out in front of a tournament. The greens were playing the fastest they have been in a while, the fairways were in great shape, and the sun was just starting to come out of the horizon. I normally ride, but with the nice weather and the slightly cool mist, I decided to walk. Walking is a whole different experience and adds to the traditional feel of the game. Again, nothing crazy, but this stands out just cause it was one of the times I didnt use a push cart or ride, but I wasnt hurting after the round either. It was calm, relaxed, and a cool saturday morning. Just made me appreciate life and the game that much more!

Favorite memory walking a golf course was Augusta National, 1964, on the Sunday when Arnold Palmer won. My friend and I stayed for the green jacket ceremony on the putting green. Great memory. Would love to have a pair of Footjoy Augusta Icons size 10N.

My greatest memory walking a course was not playing, but watching during the PGA Championship at Valhalla 2000. Tiger and Jack were playing together and coming up 18, Jack needed eagle to make the cut. He hit from the fairway and the ball hit and spun back towards the hole and nearly went in...since it was late in the day that Friday, the crowd was huge. During that approach shot, one second you could hear a pin drop and the place went crazy when the shot was so close. It was a chilling experience I will never forget.

Greatest memory walking the course is with my best friends in elementary school on the sand green course that I grew up on. Some of my best memories as a kid. Don't see those guys much anymore, but I definitely wish I could relive some of those days.

My buddy and I used to leave the house at 5a, stop at the mini mart to pick up coffees and the Sunday paper, the go wait at the first tee of the Pali golf course in Kaneohe, HI. They would let 10 groups off at daylight before the first scheduled time, first come, first off. And though we were always the part of the first ones there and signed up, we made it out in the 7th or 8th group every week....just how it is. They send you off in 5 or 6 somes and we never, and I mean NEVER, took longer than 3.3 hours to play.

Walk 18 holes and home by 10a?? Every Sunday.......
