The range at the Duke doesn't compare to Southern Dunes. The duke is always way overused and looks horrible. You spend $20 for a day pass at Southern Dunes, unlimited range balls, always in good shape, hitting balls into greens that actually have grass.

I don't think they do a day pass anymore. Its a great facility but think you need a tee time to play. Would be worth a phone call to find out.

Yup @hackeraz - and after finally conceding the lesson included practice, proceeded to tell me that I can only practice post the lesson!  Needless to say - I have never done another lesson and never will.

For sure no. They watch it close too. I have gone out there just to putt because I did all my other practice at PVCC except putting because the putting green sucks there. I would stop at Grayhawk to putt only on the way home and even though they were busy they told me no putting after 5 min. They are super strict unless you are a social media influencer. I've been on the waiting list for years to get the membership with the practice privileges and these influencers get privileges immediately moving to town.
