Don't get me wrong... I like boobs and all... but I'm single, have high speed internet, 700 channels and 'On Demand'... finding boobs to look at has never been a problem.

I will say... I did really enjoy the couple "right down the cleavage, full swing video in slow motion" shots they showed. But it wasn't worth an hour of my time.

Am I the only one who thinks Meghan is nothing special. Fake looking and not to smart. She looked better natural without those giant bags effecting her swing. Why in the world would any one who has aspires to become a pro get huge fake boob's!

Then shoot 79-77-76 in a Cactus tour event. 0 for 2 from 75 yards at even hitting a green maybe she knew the only way she would be making money is with those things.

There are far better looking girls on the show and as it goes on hopefully they will show some game because week one was weak all around.

I am hoping to see some good golf yet, as it does look like several of them can play. That being said, the second The Golf Channel started advertising this and showing pictures of them posing by the pool this show became something other than just about the golf... as intended. That seemed like a possibility, since Meghan was early in college. I remember Charlotte Campbell of Highway 18 played the Futures Tour for a few years then wrote on her blog that she was giving up professional golf and had to wait one year to regain amateur status.

Meghan has decided to "postpone" college for a few years and play the mini tours in hopes of making the LPGA. I read the transcript of her Live Chat on Golf Channel.com a few minutes ago. She provided those specifics after somebody asked about her plans. IMO, it's a mistake. It takes roughly a 72 scoring average under tournament conditions, and with plenty of consistency, to earn an LPGA card via either the Symetra Tour or LPGA Q School final stage. Meghan shot 79-77-76 in her first pro event last week, on the Cactus Tour.

I really enjoyed watch Charlotte on Highway 18, seemed like she had a pretty solid game, it's a shame she could not get it going in the pro ranks.

Those do seem high for Meghan, although I guess you could say she improved each day...maybe she just needs some pro level tournament exposure to whip her game into shape. Although, it really seemed like (from the one episode, anyway) that she is one in a long line of ladies who rely on a hook for distance and hooks basically everything, which doesn't really work out that well in the long run. Even those who excel at it (Say, Brittany Linsicome) are inconsistent from week to week, even though they can get on fire at times.

Also I noticed they went with Bushnell this season, vs Skycaddie of the previous shows... Still covering up logo's though, Selanee's visor had the adiddas logo whited out. Funny I think it actually draws more attention to it then if they just left the logo's alone.

Looks like Selanee outdrove Mehgan by almost 50 yards in the elimination? And that was into a pretty good wind. Maybe it was just the angle of the hole.

And I actually though Selanee was going home at first, got fooled by the crying red eyes in the interviews. Usually a dead giveaway, but not this time.

Selanee is a long hitter. I think I mentioned that months ago in the original thread when the Atlantis cast was announced. She was a familiar name from the Symetra Tour, unlike most of the members of this group. Big hitter...weak putter. It was obvious she would make the winning birdie putt -- based on the clock -- but I wouldn't be surprised if she putts her way off the show eventually.

I saw this note from Meghan today on her Facebook page, regarding added distance. I don't doubt that her swing and game are markedly improved since taping in January. She stabbed at those 75 yard shots with a collapsed left elbow. At the time I don't think she was capable of 79-77-76 in a Cactus Tour Event:

"Thank you everyone! Ever since the taping of the show in January I have spent a lot of time working on my game! My swing has improved dramatically and I implement the things Michael taught me in that video. Going into the show I had a problem of casting the club at impact and I have corrected that ever since by creating more lag which has gained me 20 yards extra in my irons and 30 extra yards in my driver. I lost distance this last year because I would cast and it would go straight but it wouldn't go that far but now I hold the angle and all my clubs go much further and straighter! This has helped my chipping and wedge shots. My putting has improved as well and in my tournament last week I had 24 putts the 3rd round but only had one birdie ): Golf has its ups and downs but I am staying positive with my head up and I know the hard work will pay off soon!"

Yeah, that is one of my complaints, the obvious ending comes up often due to the clock. Maybe they could put in an "after-elimination" segment of around 5 minutes, so that the outcome is not always a given. That way at 50 minutes in you would not be completely sure like you are now at 58 minutes or so...

Some of you guys are talking about enhancements as if that was a bad thing. I think enhancements are awesome. But I understand not everyone is a fan.

Also, lots of pot shots being taken at GC and the girls. This show is about entertainment. I think it is genius. If I were the producer, I would do the same exact thing. And about the skill levels..... the girls did a great job breaking the glass. The shots into the circle did not go so well, but it was really windy and the girls were probably a bit nervous. So I think we should give them a break. And on the playoff hole, both girls played well. Not sure why all the jabs are necessary. Any of these girls would kick my arse in a match.

Finally, Meghan is very smart with a great personality. She sees what Natalie Gulbis has done and she is following the same path. Meghan is [b][u]smoking hot.[/u][/b] Why not take advantage of that? This is done in Hollywood, this is done in golf and on GC by others. That is smart. Why take shots at her for following this path? Welcome to reality. She is trying to make a living. She is taking the initiative and at a young age of 19. I think she deserves props, not jabs.
