Those balatas spin the ball like hell with modern grooves. Every now & then I find one at my local club, & it's fun to chip around it. It runs back towards me like a bronco

nothing quite like the feeling of knocking one of those balatas out of round or catching one nice and then with a 3 iron and looking at the 1/8" gash in it.

Thanks.....I love knocking them out there 270 with a Wood Bros Texan and some MP-14s all day long!

I wouldn't recommend hitting one with a Vokey Spin Milled though. lol
