Anyone gone back to the Titleist 909D?

It has to be the most over looked driver ever.

Maybe it was the grey metallic paint?

I went thru 3 910s and no matter how much I opened em up, I hook the heck out of them . Just got so frustrated and went back to my old 909 and actually hit it straighter and longer than the 910s it pisses me off cuz I really wanted to like the 910s and thought adjustability would play right into my hands. I know it's not the club, it's me, but my massive ego says otherwise ..lol

909's were solid I don't think anyone overlooked them.

That award would go to most Adams drivers

Still rocking my D3!!, but I have a RBZ w/ a Matrix HD6 on the way to test out.

Still have the D2. Very satisfied with my baby. Triedout the 910 but never got comfortable. Will try again when 913 comes out. I will have my 909 as my backup just in case.

still have my 909D3 with GD YSQ X shaft which is probably one of the straightest clubs in my bag- love it! tried the 910's but negligable benefit (Di6 X) for a £380 driver (+7 yards- fitting with Titleist van on site at our driving range so most options available to him) didn't seem worth the hassle or cost.

I will try the 913 though when they are available in the UK...

Still playing 909D2 with V2 76 - had it in the 905R too - just can't seem to find anything better for me...love my driver...looking for a 2nd one cheap to try out the VTS 75 Silver...

Thought about picking one up today as I saw a used 909D2 with a Graphite Design Tour AD MD7 in it. Only thing that stopped me was i know nothing about the shaft. I played the 910D2 for a year and a half and really liked it but just traded it in for a Razr Fit. May end up picking up the 909 as a back up if I find out a little more info as the price was right.

909D3 was the first driver I bought and got fit for. It was an awesome driver, I still have it but I haven't gone back to it. Nothing wrong with it, it's just that my 910D3 is longer
