Razr Fit aftermarket prebuilt shafts

I've done countless searches, but the dates are back in spring on this topic, maybe before the existence of two different sizes in Callaway OEM shaft adaptor sleeves for this 0.350 hosel.

I also don't want the lecture from the Callaway CS about only buying the upgrade (after purchase) shafts from them. :read:

So, I did ask one of the higher rated club builder types on fleabay that sells pre-tipped, premium upgraded shafts which are factory built/assembled with grip & RF adaptor. Being that most of the aftermarket shafts for this club are only available as 0.335, and there is only one RF head hosel, which we know is 0.350 - My question should be (the builder gave me too vague a response) do these numerous shaft offerings by several places (including Discount Dan's) which come pre-tipped with a OEM 0.335 adaptor sleeve fit without additional parts right into my new RF head?

My hunch is yes - that the female ends of the RF sleeve adaptors out there are different in sizes for the two shaft diameters, but the male ends on each adaptor is the exact same size, and will fit effortlessly into a RF 0.350 head. I hope.

.335 and .350 tips will both fit in your head. Same thing as TaylorMade having their stock shafts be a .350 shaft and their TP shafts be a .335 shaft yet use the same head.

^^^ This, and your hunch is right. The .350 and .335 refer to the diameter of the SLEEVE tip, not the head. The part of the adapter that goes in the head is identical whether it is a .335, or a .350. The RF TA comes with a .335 adapter and the standard RF comes with the .350, but the shafts are interchangeable between both heads. Most of the more premium aftermarket shafts are .335, so that's what I am sticking with, but both should work in any RF set up.
