Really enjoy reading all the WITB's. There's some great stuff here, thanks for sharing.

 

Here's my 2013 WITB:

 

 

 

Driver Callaway FT Tour 10.5*, Graphite Design DI-6x, 45" D3

This driver was love at first sight - and I love it now more than ever. Bought it second hand but in perfect condition. Changed out the DI-6 from a TP Superfast and havn't looked back. A bit more carry is perfect for the courses I play most of the time these days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fairway Titleist VG3 15*, Graphite Design MD 7x, 42.5" D2

A Titleist JDM product aimed at providing a bit more forgiveness than the 910 series. My previous fairway was a TM 200series 2 wood so I wasn't too concerned with the GI aspect of this club. I went back to having only one fairway (also had an old Callaway steelhead 5w) and I wanted something that was versatile - good from the tee and fairway. Switched out the stock shaft for the MD and so far, so good.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Irons Mizuno Yoro crafted MP-69 3-PW. Nickel Chrome Satin finish. Custom Stamps. DG x100. 5I 38". Standard lofts. 1* flat lie. D3

Pretty happy with these babies, as you can imagine. With Yoro craft there's alot to choose from, but I just wanted a really clean, simple look. They look great and their performance is outstanding. They'll be in the bag for a very long time.

 

 

 

 

 

Wedges Cleveland CG16 Forged. 50* (bent to 51*), 56*, 60* (bent to 61*). Black Satin finish. PX Flighted 6.5. All +.25" and 1* flat. D3

Always played cleveland wedges and these perform great too. Love their soles and their profile from address. There are sexier wedges around but these just plain work.

 

Putter Scotty Cameron Studio Design #1. 36". Red Iomic Midsize grip.

Can't find a way to kick this out of the bag. Have a few different putters waiting in the wings but they never make it past the living room floor.

It's a Japan only club - bought it otr at a place called Golf 5 (a big chain store) in Osaka. This is a superseded 2011 (I think) model. It was basically half price. They had about a dozen there and I was able to choose one that really fit my eye. I'll post a few more pics of it as well as some other stuff later tonight.

I really like this club, but it probably has the weakest traction of all the clubs in the bag right now. Until recently I'd never played a wedge over 56* and always carried a strong fw (2w or 13* 3w) and a 2I or 5w. Unfortunately I get very little time or opportunity to really grind on my short game so logic tells me it makes sense to have more options down low: playing three wedges. But I'm still undecided.

Back up driver: Yonex Ezone 380. 9* GD DJ-7x. 44.5" D2. This always comes with me on vacation back to Australia. We usually get alot of wind down there and this guy just tells mother nature "bite me".

Great Bag! I've been wanting the VG3 3wd for a long time. O, those irons are super sick! Sounds like you are stuck with the SC #1, but how do you like the Yonex putter? I've been considering a mallet under the same model line, but I have no where to try one.

Very nice, I just picked up an Ezone 420 head, am still deciding what to put into it.Theat Yonex 001 looks great.
