It all depends on the contract you sign, but Nike Golf asks for quite a lot. I believe Driver, Irons, Glove-Ball, Headwear, Footwear, Apparel. Some may include 12-13 club contracts for full compensation.

There are very few who can call their own shots and play what they like and still reap the rewards of a huge contract, Tiger, Rory, and Phil.

I believe a similar situation happened with Jason Gore who could not find a Nike golf ball that he could play. He eventually left for Cobra so that he could play a Pro V1.

A ball that came out in 2009 and they dont produce or promote anymore. One Tour D was the best ball they have produced imo but they are serious about the RZN ball.

Patrick will do fine wherever he is. He has a ton of game.

I think I might've mentioned it early on, but wow. Considering that Callaway he has Reed for less than pennies on the dollar compared to Rory and Nike.

Then factor in that anytime he's in contention there will be 15 minutes of broadcast time showing his little wife carrying the huge Callaway bag.

You really have to wonder what the aggregate advertising dollar value is, for the Reeds.

That one guy they just resigned in July won 5 times this year including a Players Championship. But he has a tough time getting it done in the majors though.

From what I seen, even though Reed has some game but he don't seem like he would fit in pretty good with Nike. Cally seems like a better fit from what I seen.
