Nairn Golf Club, 21 June 2022 - Last day of the trip and the only day without a cold gusty wind. It was amazing how much easier it is to score without having to fight the wind and chill on every hole. I loved every course we played and Nairn was a great way to end the visit. What a great course. Even though the land is less dramatic (other than the uphill 13th and downhill 14th, which are exceptional holes) than the other courses we played (think of the Old Course), it is still an excellent links with the Moray Firth in view on most holes. The pro shop, starter and members were very welcoming. Just a fun day.

Nebraska is very underrated. I think many people think it's flat farmland, but it's got plenty of elevation change, especially in the Sand Hills region.

Agree. Carne is unreal. May not the best pure golf course but it's an experience to behold.

Oh, absolutely! It will prob become an annual trip for me. Still many I didn’t get to play on the last trip, RCD, Ardglass, Ballyliffin, Portsalon, St. Patrick’s, Sandy Hills, and Cruit Island in the North. Then I still have to do the Southeast & South. The European Club, see the new changes at Druid’s Glen, Wicklow, Old Head, Waterville, and Dooks.
