Clubs every golfwrxer needs to have

I just found a set of eye 2 irons for my buddy, and i got thinking these are clubs that every golfwrx member needs to keep a set of in the closet for old times sake.

 

The others i came up with are

 

Bullseye putter

 

588 56* wedge

 

What woud you guys keep in the closet just to bust out for old times sake.

What Golfwrx keeps clubs long enough to store them in their closet? For me it is my Ping Sedona that I made my first eagle with....

Taylor Made 200 driver. I know it's not crazy old school, but it's the first club I fell in love with.

WHOOOO ! Just picked me up a 906 today !! Should I go completely classic and get me a prolite or an NV fairway shaft ??? lol

906 was a great club for me. Just liked the i20 for its smaller face profile.

Agree with Ping Anser putter and Cleveland 588 sand wedge, and I would also have a Taylormade R7 fairway wood...I loved that fairway wood.

Ping eye 2's are a good call. The highest selling iron set of all time.
Perhaps the Titleist 905r would be appropriate. A modern classic for sure that every golfer should try.
Odyssey 2 ball was also a landmark design.

Or if you're crazy like me, Four of them. The one in the back has never been shafted or hit ever.

 

I liked the first one so much I bought extras. The original is the one that looks destroyed, the sole plate actually flew off that one.

TEE CB1 3 wood with a Blue Board! All other fairway woods pale in comparison! It has been my reference point for several years and nothing has been able to kick it out of the bag yet! Potentially a TM 200 steel head also. Not as long, but very versatile.

I have a 906 5 wood with an NV in it absolute beast of a club. Got it for next to nothing too.

I got a 906 but it's pretty beat up now.........
On my list would be:
Taylormade 200 steel 3 wood
Some form of Scotty Cameron Newport (I've had a Pro Platinum, 2 x Studio Stainless and currently gaming a Select)
Taylormade 360 driver too, that was the first "proper titanium" driver I had
Oooh maybe a Callaway Great Big Bertha II+, the one with the hot hot face, I used to have a nice UST shaft in that too!

I picked up a 906F4 18.5° for $40 with a Graphite Design FW+ in it. Crazy insane.

Too funny cause I finally sold my Eye 2 +no+ 2-LW set and I really regret it 1 year later.

But I do keep my TA 845s same configuration only lacking the W3 which is hard to find.

And a nice set of Hogan Apex II cameos for those trips down memory lane.

Oh and I think everyone should have at least one vintage Ping putter.

I bag a 906F2 (18*) and the same irons. woo

3 clubs I would like to bust out for old time sake are:

Callaway hawk eye GBB 11* (first driver i was able to hit consistently, eventually became my 3w)
Wilson 3 iron (not sure of the model, but as a kid, my set were Dunlop's except for the Wilson 3i. loved that club so much)
No Doubt putter (total Zebra knock-off. treated me very well as a kid)

I got my wife's Sedona out of the basement late last year and still gaming it.
