Lucked out on the Bay

I have been in search of a new shaft for my RBZ Tour TP to replace my 7m3x or at least to be able to compare to. I like the numbers and performance of the 7m3x but combined with the RBZ the feel is almost unbearable.

 

I got lucky on eBay and won a WB 63 and Projext X 8a4 for $35 a piece from reputable sellers. The WB is a flower band so I'm not sure if there's a difference compare to the non flower band.

 

No real questions here but I am really excited to drive both mainly because it gives me a lighter and heavier option and I am really curious as to how the 8a4 feels. I have an HB6 in my 3 hybrid and it's the smoothest shaft I've ever hit. Hopefully the 8a4 will have a similar feel.

 

Just out if curiosity I guess I'll ask if anyone has experience with the two shafts I purchased as compared to the 7m3?

8a4 is very tip stiff(VERY) and I would say that it is more tip stiff than the 7m3 black tie, very good shaft if you prefer a stiffer tip section and low torque. Very stable feeling shaft.

Thats kind of what I am looking for although I am afraid with the tip stiffnes it may not feel as smooth as I want it too. I guess we'll see.

I've never hit the 7M3 but I have a 7A3 in my driver & 8A4 in my 3 wood & LOVE these shafts. For me, avoiding the left side is my biggest priority & these shafts have really been the first that I've hit that have done that, no matter how hard I want to swing. I can still draw it if I want, but I don't fear a snap hook. I don't think the 8A4 is tip stiff to the point where is feels bad.
