  1. Anybody have any experience with these? I typically wear Titleist women’s sized hats because I like them to be more form fitting rather than the big trucker hat look, plus my head is small I guess. They are nice too because they can be customized and you can get something that nobody else is wearing, which I like. Anyone have any of these? https://imperial1916.com/products/l210p-the-original-small-fit-performance?variant=50013203890485
  2. TROPICOOL! I used to wear Titleist Permasoft but I’m pretty much in the Tropicool all the time after finding it. I rotate 2 on the range and while playing. You can also wash them with some dish soap or in the washer with your clothes and they come out like new.
  3. I’ve been a Z Cord player for a long time, but recently re gripped everything in the bag with Lamkin Crossline Cords because the Z Cords kept wearing out too quick. So far really liking the Crossline Cords. They are just slightly larger than the Z Cord, feel softer with less vibration and seem to be holding up better than the Z Cords. I would try them out if I were you. I wish the Crossline’s came in a few different colors, but what can you do. EDIT: Just googled out of curiosity and it looks like Bettinardi has Crossline Cords in a bunch of different colors on the site. 😐 Next re-grip…
  4. I just recently started wearing them and I like them. They do have a cooling effect with a breeze and they aren’t really too noticeable, just took a little getting used to. Great for super hot sunny days. I use them on my bike rides as well. I got 2 pairs of Sparm sleeves. A tad pricey but they are nice. I might try some cheaper ones on Amazon and see how they compare.
  5. Bridgestone still making the most underrated irons out there I see. J33b’s were probably my favorited blades I ever played.
  6. I just recently started wearing Sparms sleeves and really enjoy them here in Florida. It took a little getting used to for the first hour or so after have never worn a sun sleeve for golf in my 30+ years of playing, but I like them. I like to wet them at the water coolers from time to time as well. Also, I would recommend white. I even tried the light grey and those felt warmer than the pure white ones.
  7. I’m born and raised in Florida and the summer still kills me. Best thing to do during the summer is play twighlight or super early morning, I prefer twighlight personally. Never an issue for me playing twighlight but mid day at 95 degrees and little to no cloud cover is a whole other animal. I rarely tee off or practice in the summer before 5:30pm - Heavily hydrate the day before - Stay hydrated and make sure you replenish with sugar, potassium, electrolytes, and salt. - Cliff bars, Snickers, or a good old fashioned cold Coca-Cola really helps. Snacking on cold fruit like pineapple or watermelon is great too. - Stay out of the direct sun when possible. - Wet a microfiber towel and drape it around your neck when not hitting. This helps keep the core temp down.
  8. Bend your wedges depending on if you could deal with less or more bounce. Bend them weak for more bounce a strong for less. I’ve played 50/54/58 for a really long time and never had an issue with the combo. Does everything I need from it.
  9. I think what we are seeing from these is although the loft is stronger, there’s a bit more ball speed. Some. Fittings I’ve seen have conflicting statements about the 100 vs 150. I think the general consensus is a higher launch with slightly less spin and higher ball speed. Basically for those who want to play an MB, CB, or T100 type iron but need that extra launch and distance. I have seen this change for some. Some say it launches lower. It’s really up to how you deliver it. I still have life left in my 2022 T100’s, but when I’m ready, I want to test both. I could use a tad lower launch with a tad more spin personally.
