Hey Guys, I've always kept a personal list of the best golf courses I've ever played, but thought I would share my own personal list of the best golf courses I've played. I live in Melbourne, Australia - so my list is likely to be very Australia/Victoria centric. Keen to see if anyone has any thoughts on the below, or some suggestions of courses to visit and enjoy. I love seeing new golf courses, and it's an objective of mine to try and play the top 100 in Australia before I die! Much like in life, friends/playing partners with issues are difficult. If they don't want help, I think best thing is to go your separate ways. We all make choices in life, and should surround ourselves with people who's values align with our own..

Will be interesting to see the difference for USA buyers. Dare I say payback after all those years of us outside the US having to get clubs shipped out of drop boxes by parcel forwarding companies to cop the latest drops and limited heat? Less than driver sucks. I don't understand how in 2025 we don't have the ability to know what club players are hitting. Big difference between a mini driver or a 9 wood. Helps to provide context for what we should expect the shot to do based on what it is - i.e. if the bunker is in danger, or OB etc.

Agree. Has seemed to struggle a little bit at these tournaments though. I wonder if he needs an easier US open to win one.

Brooks is a killer and definitely should be on the radar every year. That being said, his game is not where it needs to be now and he shouldn't be picked. He is a superstar however. Performance yes, but Reed is also a sabotaging malcontent. You have to factor that in.

Big issue with tournaments in Australia. The winnings are halved.

Agree. I think you take the money out of it, where he obviously lives uber comfortably, his words are otherwise very understandable and ring true for yourself, myself and many others. Once you have worked and are able to support your family to a point of being financially comfortable, drive becomes difficult as you are no longer working to survive. You have to find fulfillment in other areas, while maintaining what you have. Perhaps scotty would be fulfilled if he became a club junkie like the rest of us!

Talent is clearly there, but I'd want to strong end to the season and ride the hot hand. Looks a player.

Agree. All depends how the longevity goes. Hard not to see him knocking off 5 in the next 5 years though.

I'm expecting it to say no imminently, but will advise! Interesting regarding maxing v not maxing. I live in Australia, so have always thought if I was to go I would like to try and go every day. Perhaps if I am unsuccessful, I will try a different non-maxed strategy.
